ictories, world championships, records: it
would be easy to talk about the numbers, the statistics that define a
career that I remember in every single detail. But, as I stand before
the F3 800 AGO, a bike that carries my name, it's the people that
come to mind. My mechanics, the tecnicians from the racing
department, the companions from a lifetime spent at the world's
racetracks. The witnesses and protagonists of the 15 world titles
won. Friends of MV Agusta. Now, as then, technology, perfectionism
and excellence are what inspire us to create unique motorcycles.
Bikes like the F3 800 AGO. It's instantly recognisable. It carries
my colours. It's my MV Agusta.

victories
Legend. A word that speaks of
victories. The buzz of blasting
through the corners on the world's
most renowned racetracks.
Then as now, MV Agusta is the
benchmark. Right in the midst
of the action. On the top of the
podium. Writing history and
defining racers. Champions
like Giacomo Agostini.
Forged Aluminium Alloy Rims, C arbon Fiber Accessories.

emotions
Now, as always,
MV Agusta offers its
champions cuttingedge technology
for class leading
performance and an
unparalleled riding
experience. To win,
just like Giacomo
Agostini.
Engine mappings and traction control:
essential features that allow the rider
to extract the maximum performance
from the F3 800 AGO.
Powerful interface: user-friendly
handlebar controls allow the rider
to choose from three pre-set power
delivery modes. And for those who so
desire it, the F3 800 AGO offers the
option of personally configuring
all control parameters, including the
traction control settings (8 levels, and off).
At the flick of switch. All with the ease
that only winning motorcycles can offer.
MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated
Control System): from twist grip to throttle
body, every function on the F3 800 AGO is
managed by a sophisticated control unit.
The outcome is absolute control over the
set-up process as well as incredible versatility.
This brings the technical qualities of the
bike to the fore whatever the riding
conditions, on road or race circuit, where the
F3 800 AGO even lets the rider choose among many other parameters - the ratio
between throttle and butterfly opening.
Just like a factory race bike.
Performance and safety go hand-in-hand. Even
on the racetrack. This is why the F3 800 AGO
features the sophisticated ABS Bosch 9MP
with Race Mode and RLM, which reduces rear
wheel lift-up under hard braking. Built around
twin 320 mm front discs with radially mounted
Brembo monobloc 4-piston calipers and a
220 mm rear disc. This top-notch braking
system ensures awesome deceleration.
The light, compact ABS system prevents unwanted and potentially dangerous wheel lockup while simultaneously ensuring the shortest
possible braking distances under critical riding
conditions. (e.g. in the wet, under hard braking).
300 numbered bikes,
each signed by
Giacomo Agostini and
delivered complete
with a certificate of
authenticity: the
F3 800 AGO is
unique in every detail.
The upper triple clamp features
a stylish plaque with a progressive
number certifying that the F3 800 AGO
is an exclusive MV Agusta
masterpiece. A limited edition of
just 300 such bikes will, in fact,
be made, the fuel tank of each
one personally autographed by
15-times world champion Giacomo
Agostini. A tangible thrill, then, for
MV Agusta devotees and fans of the
world's greatest-ever motorcyclist,
to be experienced, quite literally,
every time they sit astride the bike.
It's the details that make the
difference, such as the sublime
foot pegs, precision-machined
from solid aluminium alloy.
Other specific parts, also in aluminium,
make the F3 800 AGO a stunning
example of function-focussed
exclusivity: every single component
is designed to make this MV Agusta
even more incisive, more rapid
and more sensational on road and
track than ever. As infallible as
the champion it's dedicated to.
The use of carbon fibre for both
the front and rear mudguards gives
the F3 800 AGO real racing style,
helping shave even more weight off the
bike to further enhance the already
excellent power-to-weight ratio.
Another major contribution comes
from the stunning forged rims,
which reduce a further 2 kilograms
off the weight. A sports-style
licence plate holder emphasises
the flowing lines of the tail, underlining
its exceptional racing lineage.
