Vendor registration is a fully
on-line process

Why register?
Companies can only participate in
solicitations of the UN Secretariat
(which
includes
UNGSC)
after
completing the Basic Level registration
with the UN Secretariat at UNGM
Three Level of Registration
► Basic
Level - Estimated Contract Award
less than US $40,000
► Level
1 - Estimated Contract Award
up to US $500,000
► Level
2 - Estimated Contract Award
over US $500,000
Basic Level Criteria
Comply with the UN Supplier Code of
Conduct
► Declare to meet the Pre-requisites for
Eligibility
► Company’s basic information (Company
Name, Country/Area, Address, etc.)
► Commodity Codes (UNSPSC)
► UN Organizations

Tips for Basic Level
►
Register your company with its full
legal name
►
Ensure that UN Secretariat is selected
among the list of UN Organizations
Level 1
►
Upload the certificate of incorporation or
equivalent document verifying legal status
(the vendor must be in business for a
minimum of three years)
►
Three references (Company name, Contact
name and e-mail)
►
Company information such as company
ownership
Level 2
►
Upload three reference letters
►
Upload financial documents including
Income Statement and Balance Sheet
(audited financial statements or equivalent)
for the last three years to be submitted with
Auditors report or External Accountant
Report
Tips for Level 1 and Level 2
►
All documents submitted must be uploaded
in Adobe Acrobat .pdf file format
►
If originals are not in English or French,
documents must be uploaded with a true
certified English or French translation
Change of Company Status/Information
When the status of your company changes
from the time of registration, you are required
to update your company profile on UNGM
without delay
