INTRODUCTION:
Wireless Transreceiver(GPRS)-600GPRC belong to the family of series 600 and effectively
integrate, serial modbus devices to IP management system via EDGE or GPRC. It is a powerful
reliable tool for communication of modbus based field mounted Instruments. Many industrial
devices like PLC, I/O, Data Loggers etc. support RS485 modbus protocol. 600GPRC can
integrate 16 Nos. Data Transmitters 600AIO/600DIO OR It can also receive MODBUS Data
from 16 nos. instruments of Third Party or Combination.

Wireless Transreceiver(GPRS)-600GPRC provide flexible solution for industrial application for
monitoring & control of process parameters. 600GPRC is designed to operate in harsh
environment and its enclosure is of aluminium alloy & suitable for weather proof, explosion proof
& dust proof applications. This consist of serial port for MODBUS Data. There is also provision
for inserting SIM Card in SIM Card Holder. This plug & play solution is easy to install in a short
time. FACILITY TO STORE DATA IN CASE OF FAILURE OF MOBILE NETWORK.

The application of 600GPRC is to measure various process parameters like level, temperature,
pressure & flow etc & also electrical parameters like Voltage, Current, KW, KWh, frequency,
Power Factor KVA & KVAh.... Alternatively it can also receive serial MODBUS Data of
instruments from third party. There is also a provision to operate control valve, disconnector,
solenoid valve etc. from Computer. The analog data from process Instrument is converted toRemote Antenna

digital data which is connected to serial-port of wireless transreceiver(GPRS) 600 GPRC.

Real on time monitoring, control & data acquisition has been functionally tested & approved by ERTL vide their
certificate No.14T0375 dt.29.9.2014.
ERTL is approved Laboratory of NABL (India), It has also got approval from Director General of Civil Aviation,
BIS, CBIP, DGS&D, IECQ, ICEE-CB, FCC(USA ) & SASO.
The hardware of wireless transreceiver 600GPRC used in real on time monitoring has got certificate of CE,
cULus, FCC/C PTCRB
