PREFERRED TEAM DATABASE
Instantly create profiles for your preferred team to deal directly with those companies that are most
important to your business. The profiles are self-maintained, and hold all crucial information including;
key contacts and their details, contract compliance documents and much more.
PROJECT CLOUD
Configure your ‘Cloud’ profile to work the way you want it;
a) My Staff – individual staff profiles can be created to put you in complete control of system and project
security. Staff profiles can be established with different levels of permissions .
b) My Folders – has been developed to accommodate for the creation of multiple folder groups. You are
able to create sub folder groups to accommodate for different stages in the construction process. For
example; ‘Tenders Set ‘and ‘Construction Set’
c) BIO Templates – allow you to quickly load a project and manage what contractors and products are
required on the project. Customise and build as many templates as required.
d) Team Folders – enable you to build subgroups from within your preferred team database. For
example; you may choose to set up a preferred team of contractors specific to the various types of
construction your company undertakes i.e. ‘commercial construction team’, ‘civil construction team’ or
‘domestic construction team’.
BIO CORRESPONDENCE TOOL
INCLUDING REGISTERS & SYSTEM ALERTS
BIO offers a fully integrated email notification and online correspondence tracking system. It has instant
form creation and numerical ordering on a ‘per project’ basis. Easy reporting allows the project owner to
filter and print registers, such as an RFI Register and Site Instruction Register for each project. This
allows for simple follow up and review.
The correspondence and notifications system has the ability to set ‘reply by’ dates, as well as system
alerts if responses are not received within a specified time.
DOCUMENT MATRIX
The BIO Document Matrix allows projects owners to easily create tender packs which simplify and speed
up the quoting process for project teams by easily allowing quick access and the most relevant
information. The Matrix can be used in one of two ways. Documents can be allocated by ‘Folder Group’
or ‘Team Member’.
