The Duneland Health & Wellness Institute, a 55,000 sf facility, integrates a
health & wellness center with medical offices and outpatient services. With our
comprehensive business planning process, the Sisters of St. Francis Health
Services were able to determine that there was a community need and demand
for this spectrum of services. And because the facility is geographically located
between two sister hospitals, it has both enhanced their brands and proven to
be a powerful referral source.
