Becca Tudor and Albert
Roer, together with their
megawatt smiles and a
shared passion for life and
fitness, created the first Telluride WOW Festival, held in
Telluride Colorado in 2013.
Telluride W.O.W (Weekend
of Wellness), is a health and
fitness festival based in Telluride, Colorado. This event is
Jun e 9 - 12 , 2016
for EVERYONE; an event with a passion to change peoples lives through health
and fitness - to Inspire, Educate, and meet them where they are on their journey
to be healthy. WOW’s bigger picture is to identify and address the social issue
of our nation’s depression and obesity problem, reflecting a pattern of behavior being passed down to our children.
Previous presenters have included renowned fitness experts Tony Horton, Jonathan Ross, Todd Durkin, Xercise Lab, Ed Harrold, Dr. Haley Perlus, Jeannie Riley,
and North Face Athlete - Hilaree O’Neill teaching and lecturing on a variety
of topics from strength and sport conditioning, yoga & Pilates to nutrition and
sport enhanced breathing.

Telluride is tucked into a
box canyon surrounded on
all three sides by 14,000foot peaks. The town of
Telluride resides at 8,750
ft. and is just eight blocks
wide and twelve blocks
long. With the town’s colorful Victorian-era homes,
clapboard storefronts,
boutiques, art galleries,
gourmet restaurants, historic buildings and more, Telluride is a delight to explore. It is an active town filled with outdoor enthusiasts
that walk and bike everywhere, often with skis or yoga mats on their backs. The
region offers unlimited recreational activities from skiing and snowboarding at
the world-class ski resort, to hiking and biking on over 90 trails, plus so much
more - all set against the most stunning backdrop in North America.
A free gondola connects Telluride with neighboring Mountain Village, which
offers a modern take on nature and features expansive views and world-class
accommodations.
