• Pets must be on a leash. Horseback riders, wildlife, other hikers
and mountain bikers may be sharing the trail.

Two mountain golf courses, the award-winning
Prospector Golf Course and the Rope Rider Golf Course (opening
2009), offer an ideal golf experience for everyone, from beginners
through advanced players. Expert instruction is available through
the pro shop.
This nature conservancy protects
more than 1,200 acres of wetlands, pine forests and meadows
on both sides of the Cle Elum River. Whether on foot or bike,
you’ll find the best wildlife-viewing opportunities in Suncadia
along the conservancy’s miles of interconnected trails.

Suncadia’s extensive trail system offers fun
for recreational walkers, experienced hikers and cross-country
skiers. Paved trails are located throughout Suncadia’s resort
neighborhoods, while unpaved trails meander down to the
Cle Elum River and through rolling hills to the national
forestland at Suncadia’s western edge. Additional trails within
the private community of Tumble Creek are available to
Tumble Creek homeowners and their guests.
Trail System.
Swim & Fitness Center. Designed by the award-winning
architects of Seattle’s REI store, this center will be perfect for
Suncadia Club members and registered resort guests to enjoy
solo workouts or for the whole family. The Center also includes
outdoor pools for adults and kids, an indoor aquatic center and
extensive workout equipment for year-round recreation.

This amenity will offer the luxuries of an outdoor mineral

community and club of Tumble Creek. Tumble Creek offers
larger, estate-sized homesites, along with distinctive homes
and cabins. Tumble Creek Club members and their guests
