Sticks.
Activity procedures
The activities were conducted so as to let the students practice and improve
their skills of Nordic Walking.
Methods: direct, imitative, analytical and combined.
Students outcome
Students had an opportunity to improve their walking skills in an amusing and
competitive way. They could test their fitness too as well as spend a nice time
outdoors.
Feedback
Such outdoor activities are particularly interesting to students. They like the
idea of practicing and improving the skills of Nordic Walking, having great
fun at the same time. It would be a good idea to organize such lessons regularly
especially in spring and autumn because it could be an excellent occasion to
observe the nature, too.
