Fowler’s Nursery was established in 1933 in Raleigh, N.C. The nursery remained at
that location until the spring of 1993. It then moved to its new and present location on
U.S. Hwy. 70 between the towns of Clayton and Selma, N.C. The nursery has been a
longtime grower of spring annuals, garden mums, poinsettias and a large selection of
woody ornamentals ranging in sizes from 1 quart to 25-gallon containers.

receive each week’s availability list automatically by e-mail, fax or USPS mail per
your request. Typically the list will be distributed on the Friday evening prior to the
upcoming week. Please notify our office should your fax machine be in your home,
very often the fax list will ring late in the evening. We make every effort possible to
make sure that all information is correct; however, please let us know if you have a

first come, first served when your order is pulled – not placed.
Terms
Cash, check or credit card information (Mastercard and Visa accepted) is due upon
receipt of delivery or pick-up unless in-house credit has been established prior to delivery or pick-up. All first time orders are C.O.D. regardless of credit approval. Establishing in-house credit requires a minimum of 10 business days. Once approved, all our
accounts are net 30 days from invoice date. The invoice you receive upon purchasing
anything from us is your bill, no other will be sent unless changes are made at time of
delivery. Any account 30 days past due from the date on the invoice will be charged
1.5% interest monthly, 18% annually. All delinquent accounts are subject to C.O.D.
status and revocation of any discounts and or incentives. A 2% instant rebate will be
applied to all invoices totaling $350.00 or more when paid by cash or check at time of
delivery or pick-up. To receive our 2% instant rebate, the invoice must be paid in full
by cash or check and given to the driver when delivered or office staff when picked-up.
NSF checks will be charged a $30.00 service charge and all discounts will be revoked
and the invoice will be re-billed accordingly.

combine our plants with another company’s on their truck. In this case, our liability
ceases upon acceptance from that company. All claims must be made within 48 hours
of receipt of delivery and in some cases are required in writing. Our liability in no case
shall exceed the purchase price. We are not responsible for the survival of our plants
after product leaves our nursery.
