Member Fun Day
We have a Member Fun Day planned for Saturday, July 11th. We will
be visiting the World of Coke and the Georgia Aquarium. If you’d like
to go, please let Mr. Haley know ([email protected]) by
Wednesday, July 8th. We will meet at the B building at 8:00 AM to
travel to The World of Coke. We will then have lunch and go to the
Georgia Aquarium. We hope to see you there.
2015-2016 Fundraisers
This year, Alpha Beta Gamma members have decided to take part in several
fundraisers. These events will not only help raise money for our chapter, but also for some
of the organizations that Alpha Beta Gamma members volunteer for.
During our June meeting, members discussed some of the fundraisers we would like
to take part in. Below you will find more information about each of the fundraisers
discussed and decided to take part in.
As always, please feel free to send us your suggestions for future projects,
fundraisers, or organizations that you would like the chapter to participate in.

Chick-Fil-A Calendar Sales
We are hoping to sell Chick-fil-A calendars again this
year. Each month of the calendar gives a coupon for a free
food item. These can also make a great gift. We will know in
August if we are approved to take part in this fundraiser.
Krispy Kreme Doughnut Fundraiser
Our Krispy Kreme Doughnut Fundraiser
will take place sometime this fall. We will take
preorders a week ahead of time from faculty,
staff, and family members for doughnuts by the
dozen, bags of coffee. We will also sell single
doughnuts the day of the fundraiser. We will
need volunteers to help with preorders,
distributing orders, and selling doughnuts. More
information will be available once the details are
finalized.
Zaxby’s Percentage Nights
Zaxby’s Percentage Nights will be held during
the following dates at the Zaxby’s by the college
on Hull Rd. ABG will receive 10% of all sales
between 5pm and 8pm on percentage nights. The
dates have already been set and are as follows:
 Monday, August 31st
 Monday, October 5th
 Monday, November 9th

Monday, December 14th

Alpha Beta Gamma – Chi Zeta Chapter
There are many worthy organizations, locally and worldwide, that Alpha
Beta Gamma has volunteered time and raised money for in the past. Several were
discussed during the June Meeting, as well as a few new organizations. Below are
the ones that members would like to participate in during the 2015-2016 school
year. We are always open suggestions for any other ideas for future projects.

Coupon Cards
Coupon Cards are still available. We are selling them for $7.00
and are good until March 30, 2016. They can be bought through
Mr. Haley or in the Campus Bookstore.

The Think Recycle Program is a program
that accepts used ink and toner cartridges,
unwanted cellphones, and laptops for
recycling. The program is still accepting
donations. A collection schedule has been set
for every other Friday.
Boxes for collection are located in Buildings
A, B, H, J, and K.
