EBC LITANY
Leader: We exist to connect people to Jesus Christ.
Congregation: And through Christ make a meaningful change in their lives and
the world around them.
Leader: We do this through the 4Gs.
Congregation: Gather, Grow, Give, and Go.
Leader: We gather to celebrate Christ daily in personal worship & weekly in
corporate worship.
Congregation: We grow through participation in small groups and study groups.
Leader: We give to the church in money and minutes.
Congregation: We go to share the goodness of Jesus in the world through
sharing our stories and sharing our service.
Leader: And we do this because we are a ministry that is:
Congregation: Christ Centered, Biblically Based, Ministry Oriented, Culturally
Relevant, Gift Based, Focused on Excellence in
Ministry and Partnering Through Prayer.

unearth and explore a taboo topic:
Mental Health
No one talks about it openly, however, many people silently suffer with varying
forms and severity of mental illness, with little hope and help offered by the
church. Through this series, we will look at the issue of mental health in light of
the gospel.

TURNING POINT COUNSELING MINISTRY
Healing Our Hearts
Tuesday, May 3rd @ 7:30PM
Turning Point is offering a workshop experience designed to encourage and
equip those who are grieving because of the loss of a loved one.
This is the first of seven sessions, which will meet each Tuesday @7:30pm.
Tuesday, May 10th @7:30PM
Turning Point invites those who are still grieving over the loss of a
loved one to secure perspective and support from a trained therapist
who will listen to and pray for you.
Counseling services are available to members of EBC and the larger
community who may be struggling with emotional and/or mental
health issues.
