We are in the process of preserving the integrity of this historic site which is a designated
National Historic Landmark, California
Historic Landmark and a San Diego Historic
Landmark. As stewards of Mission San
Diego, it is our responsibility to continually
identify and address the needed repairs. Stop by the Casa de
Los Padres to see the work that is being done to repair the
crumbling walls. Our Mission Restoration and Preservation
Fund is funding this work. Donations to this Fund are always
needed and gratefully accepted. Thank you.

Congratulations to the combined choirs of Mission San Diego
and St. Michael of Poway who are in Ireland on a concert tour
of many Irish cities; one of which was in St. Patrick’s Cathedral
in Dublin Friday, July 29. The privilege to experience the
beauty and culture of Ireland, share their music, and serve as
Ambassadors of Good Will are among the many reasons for
making this Pilgrimage. Please keep them in your prayers.
