Petit Crest is located inside the
gates of Big Canoe, Georgia’s 2011
Community of the Year. Use of the
amenities in Big Canoe at a very
reasonable price—daily or weekly
rates are available.
Golf, tennis, fishing (Lake Petit stocked
with rainbow trout), hiking, tennis,
indoor and outdoor swimming pools
are just a few things you can enjoy while
you unwind and unplug from your
everyday activities!
Over one-third of Big Canoe is dedicated
“green space” with parks and trails, and
waterfalls to explore.
27 holes of championship golf are
available from the Clubhouse at Lake
Sconti.
Restaurants are open year round inside
Big Canoe —Black Bear Pub and Duffers
at the Lake Sconti Clubhouse and The
Tavern at Wolfscratch Village.

All Villas are 2 bedroom/2 bath with a 3rd loft
bedroom. Queen bed in master bedroom with
private bath and balcony, second bedroom has
two twins, loft has two twins beds, and sleeper
sofa in the living room area.

Rates are for Friday to Friday

Refundable damage deposit required

2 night minimum stay
Fully equipped kitchen with service for 8.

Each Villa has a washer/dryer.

The Villas are located inside the gated,
mountain community of Big Canoe, at the
southern tip of Lake Petit.
The office is conveniently located on-site in
Villa 636 at Petit Crest in Big Canoe.
Petit Crest is an interval ownership
based vacation resort inside
Big Canoe.
With a 30 day notice, a $50 administrative fee
will be required. There are no refunds for
less than a 30 day cancellation .
All Villas are non-smoking , and pets are not
