TECHNISCHE FICHE TWINERGY ROOF TILE
1. Afmetingen en gewicht
Ieder paneel bestaat uit acht dakpannen met als buitenafmetingen
1470 x 410 mm. Zij worden geplaatst met een overlapping van 70 mm in de breedte en
45 mm in de hoogte. Elk dakpaneel weegt slechts 7,5 kg en de massadichtheid van de
bedekte oppervlakte is 15 kg/m2. (Dit komt overeen met ongeveer 1,96 elementen per
m2) De afmeting van het zonnepaneel is 1,219 mm x 323 mm.
2. Samenstelling Twinergy Roof Tile
De dakpanelen zijn samengesteld uit twee alu-verzinkte platen, aan mekaar gehecht door
middel van een polymere folie. De bovenkant is afgewerkt met een poedercoating die ze
een blinkend en effen uitzicht verschaft. Op de alu-verzinkte staalplaat is er een
zonnepaneel bevestigd. Het zonnepaneel is ISO 9001 gecertificeerd. Het type van het
zonnepaneel is Monocrystalline silicon solar module van 42,4 WP (40MTWIN)
goedgekeurd onder het nummer IEC 61215.

TWINERGY ROOF HOOK
De Twinergy Roof Hook is een klein maar essentieel onderdeel in de
opbouw van onze fotovoltaïsche zonne-installaties. Op deze haak worden
de aluminium profielen gemonteerd, waarop uiteindelijk de panelen
worden geplaatst.
Per rij panelen zijn er telkens 2 profielen ter ondersteuning, namelijk
onder het bovenste en het onderste deel van de rij panelen. Deze profielen
worden gemonteerd op onze Roof Hook.
Op onderstaande foto ziet u de 2 profielen die gemonteerd zijn op onze
Twinergy Roof Hook. Twinergy Sun Tile verkiest om de Roof Hook om
de 40cm te plaatsen waardoor absolute stabiliteit van de profielen en
panelen gegarandeerd is.

Het grote voordeel van de Twinergy Roof Hook is dat deze na plaatsing
van de panelen niet zichtbaar is. Ze zitten onder de panelen zodat u een
esthetisch mooi zicht krijgt.

possible by combining modern SiC components and

Regional settings can be adapted on site by the
installer. Thanks to the safe and at any time
traceable stocking logistics system, you can
considerably reduce the number of device variants
you keep in stock. With a RFID chip integrated in the
inverter, you possess another tool to further optimize
your stocking and logistics chain in the future.
Monitoring function also by night
Even after sunset, you can communicate with the
PLATINUM inverter. Beside enabling access to the
current measured data and plant performance, it can
also monitor unexpected plant behaviour day and
night. In stand-by mode, the device consumes less
than 2 W.

Throughout its operating life of more than
30 years, the built-in datalogger saves your
measured values, yield and performance
data. The datalogger is the only one on the
market that functions with the high precision
of an electricity meter. Occurring events are

The PLATINUM network - the
window of the world
With separately available PLATINUM
communication devices, you can integrate
the inverters in your plant monitoring. The
EIA 485 interface connects the PLATINUM
inverters and gives you access to the world
of PLATINUM plant monitoring. The
high-performance interface allows cable
lengths of up to 1.000 m.
Protection against environmental influences
The power element of the inverter is
designed according to protection type IP66.
This part also includes the display as well as
the AC and DC connection area. The
connectors for the PLATINUM network are
innovatively protected by the protector and
secured against pulling-out. Thus, the
inverter is perfectly suitable for outdoor use.
