Santa Margarida, lovely Spanish seaside resort situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, in the Bay of Rosas, is organized
around canals where boats are mooring. It is located at the edge of a region that has preserved its natural setting. The city has a
beautiful large sandy beach, well-equipped and 3 km long. The canals are situated next to the ornithological park of Aiguamolls, which
is bordered by a large wild beach. Local cuisine is made of traditional products among which fresh fish occupies an important place.
There are many restaurants with menus from € 12. The inhabitants are welcoming and often speak French, German or English. The
TGV station is 15km away and Figueras-Paris is only 5 hours away by train!

"Mercadona" supermarket, 800m from the center of Santa Margarida, 1km from the beach, 2.3 km from the center of Roses.
Description: One bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa convertible into a double bed, a dining area, an American kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower
and a large furnished balcony. Flats exposed to the east or south accommodate maximum 4 people and the flat exposed to the west accommodates maximum 5
people. The later, in addition to the balcony, also has a terrace-solarium of 58m2 on the roof, with a panoramic view over the bay of Rosas, Sta Margarida waterways,
the nature reserve of Aiguamolls and the Pyrenees mountains.

Rental conditions:
 During the months of July and August, the minimum stay is set to one week, with a compulsory arrival/departure on Sunday. Arrivals from 4 to 7pm and departures from 8 to 11am. For
special cases, please do not hesitate to contact us for an adapted offer. Reductions are granted for extended stays.
 A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid at least 4 weeks before the arrival date.
 All expenses are included in the weekly prices, except the final cleaning fee: 50€ (flat) and 75€ (house), to be paid cash on the day of arrival.
 Over-occupation, presence of animals as well as smoking inside the flats/house are strictly forbidden.
 All our accommodations are convenient for people suffering from allergies.
 Bed linens and towels are not provided but may be rented in advance for 18€/person.
 Parking available on advance request for 45€/week (outside, sheltered) and 70€/week (underground).
 A 300 € security deposit, in cash or check, will be required on the day of arrival and refunded on the day of departure
 Moorings for boats up to 14 m. available on advance request (price depending on size)
