Sunday School News We are
sharing our blessings! As a service
project with the Consecrated Stewards program, the Sunday school
classes (Pre-K thru 8th Grades) are
hosting a food drive thru Nov. 20th
for The Food Pantry.
If you would like to take part in
"sharing the blessings" look for the collection box in the narthex. Our goal is at least 100 items. This month The Food
Pantry is requesting Hamburger/Tuna Helpers, tomato products, canned meals and soups (spaghetti, ravioli), canned
fruit and boxed pasta products. See Andrea in the office or
Becky Franzen if you would like to give a financial contribution.
High School Youth Group
This week a Junior at Lincoln
Lutheran tried to take his own life.
Last Sunday a Senior at Lincoln,
Southeast committed suicide by
jumping off a building. We are
going to talk about depression
and suicide this week as many of us have questions after
seeing this happen with our friends. We will have some
people who will share what it is like living with depression

Stewardship Soundbite: Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst
for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” You only hunger and thirst for what you
don’t have. Jesus has come to fill us up with righteousness – His own righteousness.
He is the self-giving Lord whose sacrifice inspires us to be givers, too.
