Modulation (QAM) technology on a hybrid
fiber and coaxial based infrastructure.
QAM is a state-of-the-art, bandwidth-efficient

over the broadband distribution network.
Using QAM eliminates the need to rewire
existing head-end installations and does not
require a satellite antenna on top of every
building.
This digitally compressed modular system
allows for customization and offering of

maintains hours on Monday thru Sunday

The Customer Support Center manages to

the exclusive use of property owners,
onsite property staff and Home Owners
Associations board members.
On-Site Community Relations
Every property is assigned a OneLinkUSA
representative called a Community
Relations Associate (CRA).
The CRA’s main responsibility is to actively
work with the property to promote, develop
and maintain success at all levels.
On-site Technical Support
Technical Field Support personnel are
assigned to specific properties and given
responsibility for the performance of those
properties.
The result of these assignments is a
familiarity with staff and residents.
Marketing & Promotions
OneLinkUSA’s marketing team deploys
property-specific marketing and promotional
strategies on each community we serve.
These strategies are developed by our
national and local marketing teams utilizing
the on-site property staffs knowledge of the
property and it’s residents.
Targeted campaigns are created based on
several criteria: property demographics,
resident entertainment needs, budget and
seasonality.
OneLinkUSA creates professional marketing
materials that are effective acquisition tools
and appropriate for your leasing office.

Construction
OneLink USA will design, install and
maintain the cable television and highspeed Internet infrastructure, head-end and
associated equipment at our sole expense.
The design will include the installation of
four (4) 39” satellite dishes, an analog and
digital head-end, the distribution plant,
active and passive electronic equipment
and all related hardware necessary for the
delivery of high-speed Internet and digital
voice services.
This network does require a secure,
environmentally controlled and accessible
room that is located on the property to
house our equipment for the duration of
the agreement.
The system will be tested prior to launch
to verify optimum performance before
installing the first customer.
Our design and construction professionals •
consist of industry leaders that specialize in
multi-family applications.
Building a Business Relationship
OneLinkUSA and the Property Owner will
execute a Right of Entry (ROE) Agreement
that:
Outlines our service and pricing.
Requires a high-level of performance
standards.
Covers the scope of any construction
activities.
Includes all business and economic deal
points (Revenue Sharing) mutually agreed
upon.
Business terms are negotiated in good faith
and differ from property. There are many
factors that are considered by OneLinkUSA
before finalizing any agreement, including
but not limited to:
The type of property (Garden style, Hi-rise
tower, Mid-rise, Condominiums, etc.)
Location of the property
Services requested and/or offered
Whether the property is new construction
or an existing community.
Amount of capital investment needed to
build out the cable television system
Length of the agreement
Exclusivity (Access, Inside Wiring and
Marketing)
Demographics of the residents.
