Indirect Roughness Control Ra
The Roughness Ra can be measured directly on some PLASTIFORM® impressions.
The result is virtually identical and faithful to the original.

Technical Characteristics :

No adhesion, no residue: Putties can be used on every kind of
surface and material.
Environmentally friendly and clean : Non toxic and non polluting,
the Putties can be handled with no specific precautions.
Resistance and Stability : The impression will not degrade over
time, and will resist chemical products.
Conservation : 2 years, in their original packaging, in normal storage conditions, between 15 and 28°C.

Composition of the Manual Putty Kits


Instructions : Example with LK-AD

1. Hands must be clean before using Manual Putties.
2. Be sure to degrease and clean the area on which
the product will be applied.
For this, we recommend the use of the DN1, a
degreaser of KRISTAL brand.
Step 2 : Print moulding
- Create a smooth and neat surface before applying
the product, in order to avoid creases and cracks on
the final impression.

- Apply on the surface you need to copy, and strongly
press the compound to ensure a good contact with the
surface.
Description of the product
The Manual Putties are high precision replicating materials, obtained by manually mixing 2 components.
Mixing ratio : 1 : 1 = mix of the 2 components in
equal amount.
Application : Manually, by compression on the part.

DN1
Surface Cleaner : KRISTAL brand

Step 1 : Mix the two components
Using the spoons, take an equal volume of Base
(coloured) and Hardener (white).
Manually mix until the colour is homogeneous (20 seconds approx.)
Caution : polymerisation starts when the two components are in contact. Make the impression quickly after
the end of the mix.
- Wait for the time specified, then remove the
impression.
The product is cured when it becomes impossible to
make a mark with your nail.
