Jayden Holdings was founded by two Directors possessing vast and diverse business
skills. The two have got great exposure to a variety of trades. Their eagerness to excel
has seen them managing a firm that's belonging in various sectors of the Zimbabwean
economy. Jayden Holdings is currently based in Zimbabwe but it's just a matter of time
before it spreads its wings globally. Jayden is not only about profit making but also about

Jayden motors – this department has got a garage under it which offers brand new cars and second hand
cars. We provide state of the art and quality cars that are a direct import from the UK. Jayden motors also
has got a wing that specializes in the serving and supplying of motor parts. The motor garage provides
competitive prices that make customers stick to our products and services.
Jayden Properties – Jayden offers property evaluation services through this wing. Jayden properties is a
premier real estate development and management company with a highly acclaimed reputation for creating
exceptional residential communities in the most desirable settings locally. We manage real estate for our
clients and provide quality services for them in terms of letting these real estates.
Jayden Consultants – Jayden helps organizations improve on their performances primarily through the
analysis of their existing organizational problems and development of plans for improvement. We have
experts who have the knowledge of our Zimbabwean and regional markets and that helps us in forecasting
and thereby being able to be of help to other businesses.
Jayden Supplies – the organization supplies a lot of products from groceries, input materials for construction work,
agricultural inputs, stationery needs etc. our supplies are mainly imports and our prices also competitive making us
one of the biggest suppliers around.

large chunk of the market share as far as all the industries we are in are concerned. Our goal for the mean
time is expansion and slowly but surely penetrating into the local markets. Jayden is an organization
that has the required expertise for it to be one the biggest competitors in the local markets so we have the
strengths dominate
In the mean time we wish to build strong relationships with our clients so as to create lasting

any organization building strong client relationships is always the first step. After building a strong
client base our goals will shift to developing a body of work and establishing a positive reputation this

Paradise Palace is situated in Borrowdale in a prime position in the edge of the Harare's prestigious Northern suburb
Borrowdale, 18kms out of the city Centre. It is close to the Sam Levy's shopping Centreand Brooke Spar which is
the main shopping area for people living in the Northern Suburbsdue to safe parking. The palace is also well placed
for local schools having Heritage primary and secondary schools and Harare International School close by.
This will be a splendid and exclusive development with eighty executive cluster house with Maculate English style
whilst incorporating the luxury features to be expected in the contemporary property. The 28 acre land can
incorporate 80 executive houses but with the approval of the local council up to 85 houses can be constructed. The
land is sitting on a well vegetated area that could be a nice view after the construction has been done. The land is
sitting on top of +/- 25000 gallons of water which makes it secure as far as the sanitation is concerned.There is a dam
in the area that has fish in it.
Each house will be built in a compact private garden surrounded by a garden. An irrigation system is available so

In the construction industry competition arises on the side of the constructers not on the side of the sellers. What
then can be talked about concerning the competition is the market for houses. The market for houses locally is
growing and it's not much of a bigger deal selling houses, especially new houses because they are the ones which
have the greater demand, some are even sold before construction is finished. The good thing about this project is
that we have analyzed the market and have realized what the consumers want so we are basically constructing what
is being demanded hence we can be able to sell them will not be a problem.
MARKETING PLAN
Jayden holdings are a huge company as mentioned before we are engaged in different industries with the marketing
being one of the industries we are involved in. Jayden marketing will be concerned with marketing the cluster
homes; this would be done through the local media, the television,the internet and also through business seminars.
It is actually our belief that these houses will be sold before even they are finished.
