HAVE NO WORRIES!
Disconnect and store your garden hose away
to prevent freezing & damaging of outside faucet.
Make sure water pipes are insulated; use foam pipe insulation.
Make sure your heat tape is plugged in and the indicator light is lit.
Insulate your water crock and the water line to the crock. Please make sure your
water crock is accessible during the winter weather.
Do NOT leave water dripping or running to prevent freezing water lines.
Doing so will cause your sewer lines to freeze and back up into your home.
Snow and ice removal from parking areas, steps, walks, patios, and access to
utilities (water crocks included) is your responsibility and must be completed
within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the snowfall.
Snow is not to be put in the street or parking spaces.
Snow plowing occurs based upon accumulation. After a 3” or more snow storm,
there will be plowing of the roads within the community. Any vehicle not parked
in a designated parking area will be towed without notice,
at the owner’s expense.

Stick a mini candy cane into the large marshmallow. Dip the marshmallow
into the melted chocolate, allow excess chocolate to drip off, then roll into
the crushed candy cane. Place on a waxed paper lined baking sheet and
allow to set.
