MAXITILE® Siding products are backed by a 50 year transferrable warranty.
PERFORMANCE
MAXITILE® Siding products are dimensionally stable and resist cracking,
rotting, and delamination as they are moisture resistant, even in coastal
applications. MAXITILE® siding products are also non-combustible with zero
flame spread.

Better Texture
Plastic sleeves are commonly used to deliver the grain pattern to
fiber cement siding. Use of these sleeves reduces cost but results in
a much less realistic/distorted product. Moreover due to wear of
these sleeves during production aesthetic consistency can become
an issue.
MAXITILE® utilizes steel rollers with an engraved pattern. This
technology allows us to deliver a “High Definition” realistic Cedar
pattern to our products. Because the steel rollers do not wear down
like plastic sleeves the very last product to roll off of the production
line is as beautiful as the first.
Better Primer
MAXITILE® utilizes Sherwin Williams primer
MAXITILE® utilizes a paint system that creates a full opaque
primer coat rather than reducing cost by applying a thin semitransparent coat. This full opaque coating can result in less paint
being used for the final top-coat
MAXITILE® is the only Fiber Cement plank manufacturer that coats
all sides (Including back)
