Produced exclusively from high quality Polish cow's milk,
naturally skimmed. The recipe is approx. 1,000 years old and
originates from the Italian cheese making tradition.

pasta topping. It is also served as a snack to wine and beer. It
has a unique taste and aroma.

Cooperative in Koło is a manufacturer of butter of the highest
quality thanks to the launching in 2006 of the most modern in
Poland butter producing department, where 6 tonnes of butter
per hour may be manufactured.

1.5% UHT milk without lactose by Łowicz Milkisima is a product
for people with lactose intolerance. The lactose has been
broken down into simple sugars, so that people with lactose
intolerance do not have to give up drinking milk. The
introduction of the milk to the market is supported by television
and press advertising campaigns, as well as advertisements in
the points of sale, tastings and POS materials.
Boneless ball pork ham

The boneless ball pork ham is extremely delicate and juicy, its
fragrance is fresh and typical for good quality meat, and its
colour is pink. Muscle tissue of the product is firm, smooth and
uniform. The ham is an excellent source of protein and it
contains less fat than other parts of a pig carcass. The product
is intended to be eaten when cooked. Ball pork ham is bulk
packed, VAC vacuum-packed or packed in the MAP modified
atmosphere.

The traditional pork neck is a product of a distinctive taste and
flavour, with noticeable aroma of natural spice mixtures. When
cut, appetizing pink colour can be seen. The brown colour of the
surface is typical for smoked products. A string-tied product.

Piero Italian ham is extremely delicate and succulent. Light and
very tasty with noticeable rosemary aroma. When cut,
appetizing pink colour and small fat covering can be observed.
Piero Italian ham is packaged in whole with the shelf life of 6
months or sliced on trays, packaged in modified atmosphere,
with the best-before deadline of 21 days.
TRADITIONAL ham

The traditional ham has the flavour and aroma typical for cured,
smoked ham. Dark pink colour of the ham, visible when cut,
with a slight touch of ham fat, encourages to taste the product.
The product is quite salty, and while eating, the taste of smoking
can be felt.

days, and sliced on trays, packaged in modified atmosphere,
with the best-before deadline of 21 days.
ITALIAN salami

The Italian salami is a raw pork sausage, maturing, depending
on the size, 5 to 7 weeks in special chambers ensuring an
adequate microclimate. To produce 100 g of the finished
product, 142 grams of meat is used. The raw material used for
production is of 100% Italian origin. Carefully selected additives
and a long maturing period result in the unique character and
taste of the Italian salami.
The Italian salami is distributed in the chilled form, packed in
small packagings - trays, or bulk vacuum-packed in cartons. To
maintain its values, the salami should be stored in a dry place,
below 18°C.

Piero sausages are very tender and flavourful. Moderately
spiced, they are perfect for the whole family. Piero sausages
are characterized by a slightly perceptible aroma of smoking
and consistency pleasant to the palate.
Piero pork sausages are homogenized sausages prepared
using carefully selected raw materials. The modern production
line equipped with, among other things, a fat analyser, vacuum
mixer and pass-through cutter provides high repeatability and
firm and compact consistency. Smoking using smoking liquid is
not only more environmentally friendly, but also more beneficial
to the consumers' health due to the negligible content of
polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and improves the sensory
quality. Owing to the use of the smoke aroma, the flavour and
colour is more stable during storage.

sauces, cakes, soups, cold soups, pancakes, desserts and fruit
cocktails. Drinking buttermilk with honey is also popular,
as it strengthens the body. The Mrągowska buttermilk is an
easily digestible and dietary product, as it is digested 2-3 times
faster than sweet milk and therefore is recommended to be
included in the daily menu of the persons who want to lose
some weight.

Greek-style yogurt is a flavour that is appreciated and popular
not only in Mediterranean countries. Increasingly often, the
Greek delicacy is discovered in various other places in the
world. It is healthier than ordinary yogurt, and at the same it is
thick and slightly tart. The product contains more protein and
less sugar than traditional dairy delights. Rich in live bacteria
cultures, it supports the proper functioning of the body and
stimulates the bowels. Such yogurt is also a source of valuable
calcium, which is an important ingredient when losing weight.
Added cherries make the yogurt a perfect choice for a healthy
dessert.
