Christmas Eve Gala Dinner at the Santan 7.30pm
The Chef has prepared a 5 courses Gala Dinner featuring delicious
ingredients from around the world.
We propose a Traditional Balinese Jegog Dance, an impressive sounding
ensemble of bamboo instruments with dancers to entertain you during this
Special Eve (Balinese orchestra of bamboo marimbas, with tubes ranging
from small to gigantic).
At 10pm after the Gala Dinner you will be invited to light up this Festive
Season 2014 moment with a sparkling toast.
Price: USD 85 / person. Drinks not included, except sparkling glass at 10pm

The Balinese Rijsttafel Menu
In the Colonial Dutch whenever they referred to Indonesian cooking they
used the basic phrase 'Rijsttafel' meaning Rice Table. Contrary to European
cuisine which was mostly plated, Indonesian dishes were always served in
the centre of the table surrounding a large basket of steamed white rice.

This year we have chosen to bring our Guests into our interpretation of
a Balinese Ceremony… Rituals, Tradition and Culture will be present
all long during this Festive Season …
On the 31st all our decorations will be authentic ornaments used in the
Balinese culture. Our Teams will be wearing their traditional Balinese
clothes, the men will wear the sarong, the Udan and saput and the
women will wear the kebaya and thesarong.
From 8pm …
To start the celebrations, accompanied with Gamelan music and
charming dancers, you will be welcomed and our Team will serve you
our Special New Year's Eve Cocktail at the lounge.
To mark this end of the year, a lavish New Year's Eve Gala Balinese
Buffet Dinner will make you forget your New Year's Resolutions for
one night with our unique and authentic display of Balinese culture.
