Milan using standard protocols:
One SMART Ecosystem
On ATM Systems is possible to see:
Flight Airport Plans with SEA Aeroporti Milano
Fair Events with MilanoFiera
Downloadable directly on smartphones using
QR technology with route, travel informations,
tickets ….
Features of SMART services
E-ticketing and micropayments, not only for
mobility and transportation (parking, public
transport, taxis, road pricing, ...), but for the
whole suite of services provided by the smart city
(theatres, museums, shows..)
User profiling for the provision of
personalized services in Push / Pull mode:
alert for traffic info, events,
tourism, emergency
Digital identity and Remote Tracking
for Location
Based Services: local infomobility, local
advertising, point of interest, ...
Specific services for pedestrians,
cyclists, people
with reduced mobility, vision, ..
The interoperability of applications and objects
The standardization starts from the implementation of an application
framework on which will be possible to build SMART Applications and
SMART Objects.
