As a Premier 5 tournament on the WTA calendar, Rogers Cup presented by
National Bank is amongst a very elite group of tournaments which feature the best
players in the world and first-class entertainment.
With past champions such as Serena Williams, Petra Kvitova, Caroline Wozniacki
and Agnieszka Radwanska, plus top stars like Maria Sharapova and Canadian
Eugenie Bouchard all set to return to Toronto, fans are in for some great tennis at
the event of the summer!
This guide is designed to help you get the most out of your Rogers Cup experience.

WHAT’S ON-SITE
Pizzaville Free Community Weekend
Aviva Centre opens its doors August 8-9
for those who want to enjoy a weekend
filled with free tennis and fun activities for
the whole family. Pizzaville Free Community
Weekend combines the competition
between the world’s best players with a
festive atmosphere that includes contests,
games, music, plus the chance for fans to
pick up a racquet and get on court
themselves, giving families and friends the
chance to spend quality time together.
Dining
Visitors to Rogers Cup presented by National
Bank will not go hungry while watching
the best tennis players in the world, as
several food and beverage options abound
throughout the grounds. There are several
concession stands inside Centre Court, and
delicious food options this year include
Pizzaville pizza and chicken fingers.
Barbecues offering burgers and hot dogs

can be found on-site as well. Other dining
options include Tiebreakers, the Lavazza
Café, and the Peroni Terrace, which is sure
to a hot spot for fans to relax and catch a
drink and a bite. Premium Series Club
members also have access to fine dining at
the VIP Bistro inside the Mazda VIP Lounge.
Shopping
With 15 acres of land south of Centre Court,
Rogers Cup is full of shopping options! Be
sure to visit our new Sporting Life store
located on the west side of the grounds,
designed to feel like a tennis department
store, complete with change rooms! The
retail village also features a few booths along
the east side of the grounds. Rogers Cup
is packed full of fun, fresh and affordable
merchandise and essential items to enhance
your visit. Don’t leave Aviva Centre emptyhanded!
WHAT’S ON-SITE
Practice Courts
The Cynamon Family Practice Courts are the
best place to watch your favourite players
up close. Fans can check out how the
best players in the world get ready for their
matches from the stands located on the east
side of the practice courts or the viewing
deck located on the south side of the practice courts. Premium Series Club members
can also relax and take in the action from
the Mayfair Clubs VIP Practice Court Patio,
located on the west side of the Cynamon
Family Practice Courts.
Rogers Cup Hall of Fame
Join us as we celebrate the legends of
Rogers Cup past during our annual Rogers
Cup Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Past
inductees include Billie Jean King, Pete
Sampras, Andre Agassi, Monica Seles, Martina
Navratilova, Ivan Lendl, John McEnroe and
Boris Becker. Check the Rogers Cup website
closer to the tournament for details on this
year’s induction.

The Stage and Promotions Court
Check the locater boards on-site for the
daily promotions schedule to find out
what activities and entertainment will be
taking place on the stage, promotions
court (located on Court 6), and around the
grounds. Examples include player autograph
sessions, musical performances, wheelchair
tennis demonstrations, interactive games,
and more.
Kids Tennis Zone
Rogers Cup presented by National Bank is a
big part of tennis in Canada, however there
is much more! Visit the Kids Tennis Zone
to check out the recent initiatives Tennis
Canada is implementing to help achieve its
mission to grow, promote and showcase
the sport of tennis in this country. You can
also participate in on-court programs using
kid-sized tennis equipment and other fun
interactive activities.

Accessible Seating and Facilities
Accessible seating is available in Level 100
and there are two elevators to access the
stadium. Please call our ticketing hotline
and a representative will assist you in
booking your tickets at 1-877-283-6647
x 4333. Accessible parking is conveniently
located close to the site and is available on
a first-come first-serve basis with a valid,
government issued, handicap parking pass.

Box Office
The box office is located at the north end of
the stadium outside the main gates. Hours of
operation are from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Cameras, Camcorders & Computers
Cameras are permitted on-site. However,
in order to provide ticket holders with
unrestricted sight lines during match play,
fans are asked to refrain from bringing
tripods or monopods to Aviva Centre. Flash
photography and camcorders are prohibited.
If these items are found in your possession
at the gate, you will be asked to check them
at Guest Services or return them to your
vehicle. Additionally, fans are encouraged
to take photographs of their favourite tennis
stars for recreational purposes, however
Tennis Canada owns the exclusive rights
to sell all pictures from the tournament.
Ticket holders are not permitted to use
photographs from the event for commercial
purposes. The use of laptops, tablets or
other handheld electronic devices within the
confines (spectator areas) of the tournament
match courts is prohibited.
Children
Children 2 years of age and under do not
require a ticket but must sit on the lap of an
accompanying ticket holder. Session tickets
for children over 2 years of age may be
purchased at a 10% discount.
Code of Conduct
Tennis Canada is committed to creating a
safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience
for all fans attending Rogers Cup presented
by National Bank. We ask that fans be
respectful of those around them and that
they conduct themselves appropriately
at all times. Guests will be denied entry if
intoxicated/impaired or in possession of an
illegal substance. Any other conduct deemed
inappropriate by tournament organizers may
result in ejection and/or further legal action.
Fans who are ejected will have their tickets
revoked and will not be compensated in
any way.

Courts
In addition to Centre Court which has a
capacity of 8,000, there are star-studded
matches played on the outside courts at
Rogers Cup presented by National Bank.
Grandstand Court located at the south end
of the site seats 1,300. Other match courts
include Court 1 with 700 seats and Courts
2, 3 and 4 with 100 seats each.
Fan Passport
Download our Rogers Cup app and register
for the Fan Passport to get the most out of
your Rogers Cup experience (and for the
chance to win prizes!). The Fan Passport is
an interactive mobile experience that acts
like a scavenger hunt taking you throughout
the Aviva Centre grounds, making sure you
catch the best the tournament has to offer.
Credit/Debit Cards
All major credit cards and debit cards are
accepted on site.
First Aid
There are First Aid stations and paramedics
on-site to deal with any health issues. Please
see site map on pg.18 for locations.
Emergency Procedures
In any case of emergency please call 9-1-1.
Etiquette
Please remain in your seat until the end of
play and only leave your seat during a player
changeover.
Please refrain from making noise during play.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Aviva
Centre.
Turn cell phones to vibrate/silent mode. Do
not use flash photography from the stands.
Food & Beverages
There are several food and beverage outlets
on-site that offer a variety of options, such
as Tiebreakers. Food, water and personal
coolers are permitted on-site. Please note
that glass containers, bottles, non-clear water
bottles and cans are prohibited.

Grounds Passes
Grounds passes will only be sold if all Centre
Court tickets are sold out. There is no access
to Centre Court with a grounds pass.

There are three Aviva Centre Guest Services
locations on site. Please visit the site map on
pg. 18 for locations.
Lost & Found
Located at the Aviva Centre Guest Services
desk on the east side of the concourse level.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Tickets can be replaced for the original ticket
purchaser at a cost of $5.00 per ticket and
picked up at the Will Call booth beside the
Box Office.
Mazda VIP Lounge
The Mazda VIP Lounge is accessible to all
Premium Series Club subscribers as well
as Platinum Plus, Gold Plus and Mid Week
package ticket holders. The lounge provides
a comfortable, air-conditioned area to
relax and enjoy a meal. It also boasts the
exclusive Mayfair Clubs VIP Practice Court
patio which overlooks the main practice
courts.

Nut Allergies
Aviva Centre does NOT have any areas
free from nut products. As a result, we
recommend that those with nut allergies
exercise extreme caution whilst attending
Rogers Cup.
Parking
Paid parking is available on the York
University campus for $15 per day/session.
Premium Seat ticket packages may include
parking privileges. Please allow for ample
time to park and either walk or take a shuttle
bus to the stadium.
Premium Series Club
Premium Series Club members are the
‘season-seat holders’ at Rogers Cup and
have reserved Centre Court seats for the
entire duration of the tournament at a
significant savings over purchasing daily
tickets. Premium Series Club members also
have exclusive benefits, including access
to the National Bank Premium Series Club
Lounge, where player meet-and-greets,

autograph sessions, and other special events
take place throughout the week. Located
within the Premium Series Club, the Bistro
offers a high-end buffet with the same menu
enjoyed by the players. Reservations for the
Bistro are highly recommended and can be
made by calling 416-650-7085.

Prohibited Items
Glass containers, bottles, cans, non-clear
water bottles, weapons, bicycles, rollerblades,
skateboards, pets, noisemakers, laser pointers,
monopods, tripods or any other objects
deemed unsuitable by the management of
Rogers Cup presented by National Bank are
strictly prohibited on the grounds.
Qualifying
The qualifying event takes place on Saturday,
August 8 and Sunday, August 9. Admission is
free and includes grounds access.

Rain
Every attempt will be made to play any/all
scheduled matches in the event of inclement
weather. If the rain stops, courts will be
dried, play will resume and the session will
continue.
Patrons are advised that the schedule of play
as well as session dates, number of matches,
and starting times are subject to change for
all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for credit
or exchange due to one or more changes in
the schedule of play.
The following policy applies to individual
session tickets purchased directly through
Tennis Canada.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
(Please read above to determine if your
tickets are eligible for exchange)
Please note that the following tickets are
exempt from this policy and are not eligible
for credit or exchange:
a) Premium Series Club (as Subscribers
of record have access to all Centre Court
matches through tournament completion);
b) Chairman’s Lounge tickets;
c) All tickets issued as Complimentary;
d) All tickets purchased through any auction,
resale or secondary outlet
e) All tickets for sessions #14 and #15.
If one WTA match is completed or 90
minutes of continuous play has taken place
on Centre Court in any one session, that
session is considered complete and therefore
no exchanges, credits or refunds will be
issued.
In the event that less than one WTA match
or less than 90 minutes of continuous play is
completed on Centre Court due to weather
or other acts beyond our control, any tickets
not listed in the exemption list above may
be exchanged by the original purchaser

for a session on the following day or the
ticket value of paid tickets (less processing
and delivery fees) may be used as a credit
towards a future session of tennis of the
same year’s event.
If session 14 or 15 is cancelled/rained-out,
tickets will be honored for the rescheduling
of the session. Parking, lounge and suite
access is only available for the original
sessions purchased. Exchanges take place
on site at the Box Office only.
Private Suites: Despite the rain, all Private
Suites will remain open. A portion of paid
Private Suites will be credited to the original
purchaser for the following year’s event.
Each purchaser will be contacted following
the event.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Security
Safety is one of our highest priorities at
Rogers Cup presented by National Bank,

and we continue to take steps to ensure the
safety of everyone entering the gates. We
encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays
and help expedite the entry of all spectators.
All fans will go through a screening process
before passing through the entry gates.
Shuttles
Shuttle buses are available to and from
the main gate of the stadium and all outer
parking lots of York University. The shuttle
bus runs until 30 minutes after the final
match has been completed. Unfortunately,
no shuttle service is provided to/from any
Toronto hotels.
COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE BUS
The courtesy bus will shuttle people from
Downsview subway station to Aviva Centre
and back. This free shuttle service is
available for evening sessions from Tuesday,
August 11 to Saturday, August 15, 2015
starting at 5 p.m. and Final Sunday, August
16 starting at 10 a.m.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Aviva
Centre.

Tennis Canada is extremely fortunate to
have a team of more than 1,000 dedicated
volunteers who help make Rogers Cup
presented by National Bank a successful
event year after year.

Wheelchair Seating

Washrooms
There are washrooms located around the
grounds and at Centre Court. Washrooms
located at Centre Court are wheelchair
accessible and equipped with baby change
tables.
Will Call
Will Call is the international term for “ticket
pick-up.” During the event, the Will Call
booth is located on the north side of the
stadium just west of the main gate and the
Box Office. Will Call hours are 9 a.m. to 9
p.m. throughout the event. Please bring
photo ID to pick up your tickets. You will
not be able to sign for your tickets without
identification.
Weather
Rogers Cup is an outdoor event and
therefore appropriate clothing, including hats
and sunscreen are encouraged. Umbrellas
are allowed but should not interfere with any
other spectator’s enjoyment of the match.

Public Parking
Public parking is available on the grounds
of York University for a rate of $15 per day/

By Public Transportation
Several buses and transit companies are
routed through York University campus or
have express services to York University.
With the Parapan Am Games taking place
at York University this year at the same time
