Gary is regarded as a fans favourite with his fun loving attitude off the oche and ruthless
presence on it. Nicknamed Big Robbo
Gary s best tournament win came in 2005 when he beat Mervyn King in the final of the
World Dart Trophy.
JELLE KLAASEN
In 2006, Jelle Klaasen became the youngest player to be crowned world champion.
At only 21 years old Jelle overcame Raymond van Barneveld and secured his name in the
record book. Nicknamed The Matador Jelle s natural ability is unquestionable and has
proved he his is one for the future.
