MARONITE CHRISTIAN FORMATION: Classes 1-6 are on Sunday
morning at 9am. Classes 7-12 are on the third Sunday of the month at 6pm,
followed by MYO. The calendar is published in the bulletin and on the Website.
Confessions: Saturday 3 - 3:40pm and by appointment.

Bishop’s Appeal. We are getting there. The goal of the Bishop’s Appeal is
$6,000 and we have collected $4,465. God bless all of you who sacrificed to
help Bishop Gregory with all the good works of the Eparchy. If you have not
yet done so—or if you can do a little more—there is still time.

Offertory Procession. You may have noticed a small innovation during the
offertory procession. Each week an MCF class brings the gifts to the altar. It
means a lot to the young people, so please congratulate them when they do it.
Raffle. The Holy Name Society has begun its annual raffle. This year’s
raffle is all cash prizes. 1st Prize is $10,000, 2nd Prize is $2,000 and 3rd Prize
is $1,000. Donation is $20 per ticket or 6 tickets for $100. The maximum
tickets sold is 2,000. The drawing will be held on Sunday, 5 August 2012.
See any Holy Name Society member for tickets or contact the Parish House.
Please support their work on behalf of the parish.
May Crowning. The May Crowning of the Blessed Mother will take place
at the 10am Liturgy on Mother’s Day, Sunday 13 May, sponsored by the
Daughters of Mary. All First Communion girls are welcome to participate.
Please wear your First Communion dress. Daughters of Mary girls, please
wear black and white. We will organize ourselves in the Church Hall and
practice at 9:30am sharp! Please contact JoAnn Saba Hall at 732-5105
or Norma Tehan at 733-2197 if you have any questions. Also, there is an
announcement on our Facebook wall. Please read and “like” so we are all
informed.
