The simplest weaves - panama and canvas – are made with bulky uneven yarn to create a basketwork
effect. Looms with specially designed reeds make it possible to weave two heavy threads in extra
width. An innovative finishing process swells the fibres and keeps the fabric hand feeling extremely
soft and bulky. Colours are played out in natural neutrals.

Wilson mini
Extra wide twills in linen and Merinos wool. Its warp is in pure Merinos wool from Australia, the weft
is in pure French linen treated with a finishing process that weakens the fibres. Artfully blended and
treated, these two fibres come together to meld hang and consistency for a fabric that is full-handed
yet never coarse, with its beautiful crisp hang. With its twill weave reminiscent of tailoring savvy, the
fabric is presented in a plain, large stripe and fine striped version.

The large-scale geometric motif is animated by the artfully executed stitch of Novecento on the
extra wide ground of Nilos, the plain linen weave which is fresh and natural looking and extremely
soft to the touch.
