Description
The CNC cutting and profiling center mod. SFERA 1100 is available in two
different models:
Sfera 1100/07 with vertical travel (axe Z) of mm 700 and an electrospindle
that allows to use diamond tools mounted on an ISO 40 cone with pneumatic
release;
Sfera 1100/10 with vertical travel (axe Z) of mm 1000 and an electrospindle
that allows to use diamond tools mounted on an ISO 50 cone with pneumatic
release.
Both these versions have a stronger structure than the model SFERA 825 and they
can use discs up to diam. mm 1100, having more powerful motors (kW 22 or kW
31). They are ideal for working pieces of big thickness (blocks,vascs,wash-basins)
both with discs and with diamond tools.

SFERA 1100 represents the result of the latest NOAT technology and it is one of the
fastest bridge saws that you can find on the market thanks to its extraordinary
performances. Provided with very fast ‘brushless’ motors, SFERA 1100 is a very
likeable machine because it is very easy to use and program it both in manual and
automatic mode thanks to a big TOUCH SCREEN installed on hanging control panel.

Structure of the machine:
The load bearing beam single-beam is made of very thick steel and has two
robust hardened steel sliding tracks, so that the machine can work precisely
for a much longer time.
The bridge guide shoes are covered with tempered steel strips.
We take a lot of care of the varnishing: sandblasting with an immediate
treatment of varnishing with a zincing base before the workings. After the
workings, washing and double varnishing.
Push buttons panel with easy-to-learn symbols positioned in front of the
machine.
Drivings:
The saw-blade holder slides on ball recirculation shoes, ensuring stability and
precision for the tool.
The up and down movement of the blade is possible through a couple of
tempered slides coated with antifriction and anti-wear material and through
a ball recirculation screw. That allows to obtain high precision in the sawblade positioning and to absorb the vibrations.
The system is totally protected by bellows in order to avoid that dust and
water spray compromise the long life of the bridge cutting machine.
Precision in the movement of the axes is obtained through BRUSHLESS motors
and assured by coupling of grinded gears and racks with rectified inclined
teeth with limited clearance.
