Designing seating that offers full ergonomic support is essential to boosting productivity and reducing the likelihood of
musculoskeletal strain, and it’s at the core of every piece that BioFit manufactures. It’s also why BioFit’s collaboration with German
manufacturer bimos makes a lot of sense. Like BioFit, bimos has been incorporating ergonomic engineering into all of its
products for decades.
The result is the bimos by BioFit collection, with chairs that feature everything from permanent contact backrests for ideal lumbar
support to pneumatic seat height adjustment that puts every worker at a comfortable level with his or her desk. For standing work,
we offer an option that reduces the amount of weight placed on the feet and legs by as much as 60%. No matter which bimos by
BioFit piece you select, you also get the full adjustability that ensures that workers can move freely throughout the day.
Warranty
BioFit’s furniture products* are warranted to the original purchaser against mechanical or
structural failure due to defective material or workmanship for 13 years of normal, multi-shift use.
Pneumatic cylinders are covered for the functional lifetime of the chair or stool.
BioFit reserves the right to recondition or replace any units covered by this warranty. Freight, loss
of use and any other consequential damages are not covered. All return
shipments require written authorization and must be freight prepaid unless otherwise approved in
writing. COM (Customer’s Own Material) upholstery materials are not covered.
BioFit takes its warranty, repair and maintenance responsibilities very seriously. Efforts by
unqualified personnel to perform repairs on BioFit products can result in dangerous conditions
which can lead to serious bodily injury. Any attempt to modify, alter or make unauthorized repairs
to BioFit products may not only seriously jeopardize the safety of the user, but will void this warranty in every respect.
