Senior discount
10% discount for couples
Available when there are only two persons onboard the following boats, for any period, any
duration.
Budget fleet: Espade 930, Renaud 8000 (except in Cahors), Espade 850 Fly, Eau Claire 930 (in
Redon only for 1 week minimum), Eau Claire 930 Fly.
Classic fleet: Triton 860 (except in Cahors, Redon: only for bookings of 1 week minimum),
Pénichette® 935 W, Triton 860 Fly, Nicols 900, Linssen Vlet 1030, Linssen Yacht 36, Haines Rive 34.
Premium fleet: Tarpon 37 Duo Prestige.
Family discount
5% discount when there is one child under 18 onboard
10% discount when there are at least two children under 18 onboard on the day of departure(1)
Valid for any duration, all periods
A 6% discount when there is at least 1 person over 60 onboard
Valid for all types of booking (except period E and F)
(in Redon: for minimum one week bookings only).
Except in: Cahors, Pont à Bar.
Flotilla discount
When several boats are cruising together for at least one week
5% discount when 2 boats are cruising together
15% discount when 4 boats or more are travelling together

GUARANTEE OF THE CANCELLATION FEES FOR THE CRUISE
GUARANTEE
The insurers are committed to refund the insured the amount retained by the rental
company and invoiced under the general terMW of sale, excluding the registration fees,
when the insured cancel the cruise 8 weeks or less before the departure exclusively in
the cases described below. The guarantee expires on the departure day of the cruise.
SERIOUS DISEASE, SEVERE ACCIDENT OR DEATH including the relapse,
exacerbation of a chronic or pre-existent disease and the action,the consequences of
an accident which occured before the subscription of the contract,
- of yourself, your common-law husband / wife,
- your parents or children, and / or from your common-law husband / wife,
- your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law,
- your professionnal substitute,
- the person who is in charge during your trip of your minor children or a handicapped
person living in your place, provided that their names were mentioned on the contract,
- the person who accompanies you during the cruise, for the above reasons mentioned,
provided
that this person is listed on the subscription invoice for the cruise.
The insurers will take in charge the expenses only in the case of a disease or an accident
which prescribes strictly to stay home, requires medical care and does not enable the
practice of any professional activity or else.
COMPLICATIONS BECAUSE OF PREGNANCY resulting in the incapability to work
anyhow, and provided that the person is not pregnant for more than 6 months.
REDUNDANCY Of yourself or your common-law husband / wife, provided that you
were not informed at the time of booking of the cruise or subscribing this contract.
A HEARING IN COURT, Exclusively in the following cases:
Sworn or witness in court, adoption procedure, appointment as an expert by the court,
provided
that the notification date is the same as the cruise period.
NOTIFICATION TO AN ADDITIONAL EXAM due to a unknown failure at the time of
booking of the cruise or subscribing this contract. This applies only to graduate studies,
provided that the additional exam is during the cruise period.
DAMAGE OF BUSINESS OR PRIVATE PREMISES due to fire, blow-up, water damage,
theft requiring the attendance of the insured on the departure date.
JOB OR ALLOWANCE FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING Provided that it starts before
or during the cruise.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE PAID VACATION BY THE
EMPLOYER, Granted before the cruise with the exception of company managers, free
lance profession, craftsmen, temporary employees in the entertainment industry. A 20%
fee is charged.
PROFESSIONAL TRANSFER Required by your hierarchy and not resulting from a query
of yourself with the exclusion of company managers, free lance profession, craftsmen
and temporary employees in the entertainment industry. A 20% fee is charged.
VISA REFUSED BY THE STATE AUTHORITIES, Provided that no other demand was
rejected previously by the state authorities of this country. A documentary evidence
issued by the Ambassy will be requested.
ARE EXCLUDED:
The cancellation of the cruise resulting from:
-a disease requiring psychic and psychotherapeutic care including nervous breakdown
without hospitalization less than 3 days when the cruise was cancelled,
- vaccination omission,
- for no presentation for any reason of your identity card or passport,
- a disease or an accident which were previously recorded, a relapse, an aggravation
or an hospitalization between the registration of the cruise and the subscription of the
insurance contract,
- the participation or training in competitive sports,
- also the insurer is not involved if the person who is responsible for the cancellation
goes to hospital when reserving the cruise or subscribing the contract.
LIMITS OF THE GUARANTEES BY THE INSURER:
- BETWEEN 8 AND 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE: 40% OF THE RENTING
AMOUNT
- LESS THAN 4 WEEKS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE: 100% OF THE RENTING AMOUNT,
with deduction of the fee
With a maximum of 6 000 € per person and 30 000 € per event.
DAMAGE STATEMENT:
- the insured shall inform the renting company with registered letter as soon as he
knows the reason why the cruise should be cancelled ,
- the renting company will inform the insurer within 5 working days.
If these obligations are not respected and the cruise is being cancelled later, the insurer
will reimburse the cancellation fees upon the first appearance of the disease or accident
or any other reason involving the cancellation of the cruise, according to the cancellation
fees listed in the general terMW of sales of the cruise (and detailed in this contract).
The insurance declaration must be necessarily accompanied by a supporting statement
including:
- in case of a disease or an accident: a medical certificate describing the origin, the
nature, the
seriousness and predictable consequences of the disease or accident. This must be
sent by registered mail to the doctor appointed by the insurance company AXA, and
your own doctor must be released from you to hold any medical information,
- in case of death: provide a certificate or record of civil status,
- any document, invoice, prescription that could be requested later by the insurance
company.
Must be also enclosed:
- the original subscription invoice with the amount due to the renting compagny
- the proof that you agreed to the guarantee CANCELLATION OF THE CRUISE issued
by the renting company,
- in case of accident, the reasons and circuMWtances as well as the name(s) and
address of the persons involved and witnesses.
If you are not eligible for reimbursement, the insured agrees in principle a check-up by
the doctor
appointed by the insurance company.
The amount of the cancellation insurance fee for the guarantee
to cancel the cruise represents: 4% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE
CRUISE PLUS INSURANCE GUARANTEE*
PROPELLER DAMAGE
In case of damage or accidental loss of the propeller, we will refund the amount of the
invoice for repair or replacement thereof, excluding any parts or labor and this up to the
deposit.
GUARANTEE
If the renting company holds part or the complete contractual bond (excluding the cleaning deposit) we commit ourselves to refund the amount withheld. Maximum deposit
limited to 1200 €.

INTERRUPTION OF YOUR STAY
We will refund the amount paid to the rental company for the period not used when you
are obliged to interrupt your cruise for the following reasons: serious illness, death of a
close relative, redundancy of you or even your spouse or your destroyed home.

BICYCLE INSURANCE
During your stay, we guarantee your civil liability while using bicycles rented by the rental
company. The guarantee is granted unlimited for physical damage and up to 76 000 € for
the material and immaterial damage.
A deductible of 76 € is applied to each damage / accident.
ACCIDENTAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE
If you have a physical accident while cruising, we guarantee the allowance for disability
of 7 600 €. In case of sickness leave, you will receive a 15 € daily-allowance during 3
months. 3 days will not be taken in charge.
CONTRACT VALIDITY
The contract takes effect from the date of receipt of the application form with the payment You will receive a certificate listing all the guarantees.
This certificate will be your receipt . Any form returned without payment will not be valid.

This price includes: the full board cruise from diner on the 1st night to the breakfast buffet on the last day - drinks included in our
prices only include unlimited water, wine, beer, fruit juice , one coffee served during meals taken onboard, and drinks at the bar
(except Champagne and wine list) - air-conditioned double bed accommodation with shower and WC - the welcoming cocktail - the
assistance of our onboard commissioner - the gala evening - assistance/repatriation insurance - port taxes.
This price does not include: drinks from the wine list, drinks taken during excursions and transfers, and also Champagne at the
bar - optional excursions (to be booked with the agency or onboard) - transfers - airport taxes - booking fees - cancelation/luggage
insurance - personal expenses - any services that is not mentioned in the program.
Formalities: valid national identity card or passport compulsory. Non-EU passengers should consult their embassy or consulate.
NB : For security reasons, the company and the captain of the boat can judge if it is necessary to change the itinerary of the cruise. Price calculated on
the base of 18 passengers per cruise; if less persons : price subject to modification. The embarkation and disembarkation times will be defined onboard
by the captain of the boat.

G.I.L CONTRACT (MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT RENTING)
An individual (or a group of individuals) buys a new or a used boat that
he / she entrusts to a renter with a possibility of personal use (less than
6 weeks per year at preferential rates). The same principle will appeal if
an investor does not use the boat.
The benefits of a G.I.L. contract are:
