Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are now planning for the next year school year. I hope you will continue to take advantage of all the
wonderful educational benefits at St. Jane Frances de Chantal School. We have raised our tuition only 3.5% for a
total of $110 for the 1st student. It is a modest increase, and we are very grateful to Msgr. Radocha and the parish
contributions through our use of the weekly tithing envelope. It is because of everyone’s weekly giving that we
can keep our tuition costs so low. I have included the new tuition schedule for your convenience.
With Catholic Schools’ Week fast approaching, we would like to give our current families the opportunity to
register for classes for 2016-2017 before we open registration to the public. The faculty, staff and I look forward
to our continued partnership in the education of your child.
Please send in this form with the $50.00 registration fee no later than January 29th.
If your child (ren) is/are returning to St. Jane Frances de Chantal School, please complete this paper:
NOTE: A non-refundable registration fee of $50 per family must accompany your child (ren)’s
registration. Thank you. Check should be made payable to St. Jane Frances de Chantal School.
Please note: If you have a child who will be entering KINDERGARTEN for the 2016-2017 school year, please
call the school office for a REGISTRATION PACKET. You do not need to list them as a registrant on this
form.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Since we live in an area where the weather is so unpredictable, there are times in
which the children come to school and then must be dismissed early. Your child’s
safety is always our number one concern. It is very important that we know how to
send your child home when these situations occur. (If your home School District is
off, there is no bus transportation to or from St. Jane School.) Please complete the
form below and return it to your child’s teacher tomorrow. Please be sure to fill
out one form per child. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Marybeth Okula
Principal

IT’S HawkWalk TIME… VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED!
It is time to begin planning for this year’s HSA HawkWalk Marathon. As many of
you already know, the HSA HawkWalk is our spring fundraiser and has been very
successful for the past 7 years. Through HawkWalk and other fundraisers, the
HSA has previously been able to make major improvements to our school,
including security upgrades, air conditioning for our buildings, and new bathroom
facilities. How exciting! This year our goal is to raise enough funds for additional
facility and technology upgrades for our students. We need your help!!
The HawkWalk committee will be holding their first meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 26th
at 6:30pm in the Conference Center (the building next to the school). We will
continue to meet weekly as needed until the day of the event, which is Friday,
April 22nd. There are several tasks that need to be completed over the next few
months to be sure we have another successful event. If you think you can help in
any way, please fill out the form below and return it to Staci Burgess c/o Lina 2A.
Thank you in advance for joining our group!
I would like to help with the HSA HawkWalk.

Dear Families:
Save the Date! St. Jane School is having its Scholastic Fall Book Fair in the Chapel from Sunday, January 31st through Thursday, February 4th. The Book Fair is a great way to get our
kids interested in reading while raising funds to update our school and classroom libraries.
Scholastic Book Fairs are guaranteed to have great selections for all ages, including new and
award winning titles. You may also contribute directly to your child’s classroom by purchasing
books from his or her teacher’s “wish list.”
Our main goal is to get our children to LOVE reading! You are welcome to join your child’s
class when they visit the Book Fair. A schedule for the students will be coming out shortly. If
you are unable to join us in person, a catalog will be sent home with your child on their library
day, circle what you would like to purchase, and send it in with full payment (check or cash).
Checks may be made payable to St. Jane Frances de Chantal School. Please remember to
include 6% sales tax.
We invite you to visit our online Book Fair from January 31st to February 4th! Shop at
