EQUARES Energy Company was developed to bring the
CleanStream Solutions to the residential developers, ship
owners, military facility operators and livestock farmers
looking for clean waste-to-energy solutions.
We are an advanced renewable energy systems (ARES)
manufacturing company incorporated in Delaware;
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equitech International, LLC
and sister company to ARE Systems, LLC that provides
master architectural, engineering design and construction
management for building ARES facilities.
Our direction comes from the members of our parent
company who are design scientists, architects, retired
NASA scientists, and chemical engineers. We have come
together to focus on bringing ARES technology to the
market to solve pressing issues of our times.

Dairies have typically spread >50,000 tons a day of
manure on fields to fertilize forage and other crops, or
co ntracted with other farms to do so.
The majority of larger U.S. dairy herds are confined to
barns throughout their entire lives and shuttle between
stalls and milking parlors in enclosed corrals and
corridors. Dairy cows eat silage and grain grown
elsewhere and produce more manure than the land can
tolerate under traditional nutrient manure and
digestate disposal practices. Methane and nitrogen
rel eases from manure become greenhouse gas and
clean water issues, respectively. Lack of measures to
prevent manure spills and related air emissions is
causing some states to impose stronger regulations.
Disposal of dairy waste and dairy product waste on land
causes massive fish kills from storm water runoff into
water streams and lakes. An example of product waste
includes post-production, highly-acidic yogurt that
cannot be used as an animal feed supplement.
