Compressed air since 1952.
Screw compressors since 1992.
FINI has been producing compressor air-ends and main
components for screw compressors for 20 years.
The entire production process, from profile design to precision
machining of air-end rotors, is carried out at our facilities
in northern Italy. Our highly skilled staff are dedicated to
supporting the manufacturing and assembling activities.
The continuous control and monitoring of each
manufacturing process grants the utmost precision at
every step, in order to achieve the highest quality and
supreme product reliability.
Ten different air-ends and a wide range of screw compressor
components, such as intake regulators, minimum pressurecheck valves and separator blocks are all manufactured
in-house, this means that FINI is established as a leading
reference in the worldwide development and production of
the most advanced rotary screw air compressor technology.

The unique and ultra modern design of the FINI air-end features one of the most advanced
rotor profile designs available, providing the highest efficiency with maximum reliability and
a long service life.
The unique 'ReVerso' profile allows the FINI air-end to be driven by either the male or female
rotor shaft. This specific feature means that the air-end is suited to a wider range of applications
delivering the highest performance with added flexibility.
The entire air-end production process, from profile design to the precision machining of airend rotors, is carried out at our facilities in Italy.
A sophisticated CAD and modelling system allows FINI to meet the most critical design elements.
The most advanced rotor profile combined with the highest specification allows the optimum
tip speed and maximum free air delivery performance.
Starting from a high grade steel raw material, the production process of the rotors goes through
4 different machining steps. The finish grinding machine allows extremely fine tolerances
below 10 microns to be achieved. This level of precision means that any pair of rotors can be
matched, allowing consistent performance, ease of assembly and a unique demonstration
of ultimate quality
Our Highly trained, skilled and dedicated production team is supporting the production process
through every stage in order to achieve the highest level and most consistent quality control.
Each process is continuously monitored in order to maintain precision and consistency at all
times. This results in a constantly high level of quality which translates in to the finest product
that delivers ultimate reliability and performance.
Following final assembly each air-end is fully tested at our specially designed test facility.
The performance characteristics including air flow, temperature and other values is recorded
along with the individual identity of every air-end which is then logged in our systems.
Every air-end produced is fully traceable back to the exact time of manufacture and testing.
When the air-end is assembled in to the complete machine it will be tested again during the
exhaustive final testing that awaits every single FINI rotary screw air compressor before it
leaves for the customer.

A real integrated air station
The VISION series, ranging in power from 7.5 kW to 22 kW (10 to 30 HP) is available in the widest range of variants, representing the
most modern technology available in the compressed air sector: starting with the standard floor mounted version, the range can also be
selected with a 270 or 500 litre air receiver, with a further option to include an integrated refrigerated dryer and two high efficiency filters.
All this equipment is assembled into a single compact, efficient and highly convenient arrangement.
Air-end manufactured in Italy
The high performance FS26 and FS50 air-ends are
designed, machined, assembled and tested at our
modern purpose built facility in Italy.
Fini Compressors can boast more than 20 years'
experience in the manufacturing of air-ends:
a guarantee of consistent reliability and efficiency.
Efficiency
The design of the VISION compressors has been fully focused on combining the different
components that make up a perfect compressed air installation in to a completely integrated,
modular and functional system, that combines maximum convenience with optimum
efficiency. The drive system incorporates a Poly-V belt, that is easily adjusted by a sliding
belt tensioner, providing an extra long service life with maximum drive efficiency for reduced
power consumption.

"NRG" Electronic control
The complete functioning of the air compressor is precisely monitored by the advanced "NRG"
electronic controller. This highly developed system allows the machines operation to be fully
programmed and also allows remote control and access to the maintenance schedule etc.
The functioning of the star-delta starting, inverter operation (option), idling time adjustments
and the selection of automatic or continuous operation is controlled and adjusted from the
NRG controller, for maximum safety and convenience.
n Monitoring: the clear and large display continuously indicates - the operating temperature
and air pressure, as well as other parameters selectable using the logical, menu style
keyboard access.
n Customisation of parameters: all main operational parameters can be easily adjusted to suit the exact requirements of the user.
n Programmer and timer: it is possible to program the switching on and switching off of the compressor on a daily and weekly basis, up
to a maximum of 21 weekly settings according to the work schedule.
n Safety functions: the display features warning indicators and pre-alarm signals for maximum safety. The machine will automatically shut
down in the event of a serious anomaly or safety issue.
n Remote control: the controller provides the opportunity for remote control functions (subject
to safety conditions).
n CAN-BUS Interface: the machine is available with an optional module to allow communication
within a multi compressor network. This function allows the controlling of up to 4 machines,
with sequencing features and programmable switch-on and off via the weekly timer.
Plug and play
All of the VISION range is supplied ready for immediate operation. A simple connection
to the power supply and air network is all that is required. Each compressor is
available in a variety of configurations to suit the exact requirements of the customer.

Main features and advantages
Temperature control
The centrifugal fan is activated automatically by
the thermostatic control utilising the electronic
controller. This allows the machine to quickly
reach and precisely maintain the ideal operating
temperature. The controller allows the adjustment
to the operation of the cooling fan to suit different
ambient temperatures and conditions of humidity,
even in extreme situations.
Air treatment module (ES)
The optional air treatment module includes a
generously sized refrigerated air dryer with prefilter and after filter. This allows the integrated
air station in the "ES" version to provide both
dry and clean compressed air to quality standard
classification 2-4-2 in accordance with ISO 8573-1.
All components are housed within the same
cabinet as the standard version providing an
extremely compact space saving solution.
Cooling air prefiltration panel
The standard pre-filtering and washable
panel (separate for electric motor and fan in
the 15 kW version) keeps the inside of the
machine clean and ensures easy maintenance.

Main features and advantages

The new VISION range includes all of the components that form the most
advanced technology available in the field of air compressors. Several versions
are available including those with fully integrated refrigerated dryer and high
efficiency filtration for completely dry and clean compressed air.

dimensions and special
design, the vision compressor
can be easily positioned and
transported with fork lift access
to the front and sides.
Silent and user-friendly
A dual centrifugal fan supplies the optimum cooling
air flow for the generously sized air/oil cooler. The fans
operation is controlled thermostatically by the NRG
electronic controller.
The centrifugal fan design along with the careful
arrangement of other components within the machine
added to extensive sound insulation results in the VISION,
offering the lowest operating noise levels available.
Dryer and filters: all inclusive!
The VISION is available as an option (ES version) with
a fully integrated and complete air treatment module
including a refrigerated dryer and both inlet and outlet
high efficiency filtration.
The efficient air treatment module allows dry and clean
compressed air to be supplied to the system meeting air
quality standard 2-4-2 according to ISO 8573-1.
FS50 air-end
The high performance FS50 air-ends are designed, machined,
assembled and tested at our modern purpose built facility
in Italy. All of the compressors other major components
are also designed and manufactured in-house, utilising the
latest machine tool technology whilst employing the strictest
quality control throughout the manufacture, assembly and
testing process.

Safety
The controlling of all functions within the compressor is controlled
and monitored by the 'NRG' microprocessor based controller.
The controller allows simple access and a clear display of all
operating data and also features advanced facilities such as a
fault log, diagnostics and maintenance programme.
This means controlling the compressor, trouble shooting and
maintenance planning are all made simple.
Easy maintenance
All routine maintenance can be carried out
from the front door. In addition all side panels
can be easily removed for complete access.
The cooling air entering the cabinet is filtered
through a cabinet pre-filter panel ensuring
the cooler and other internal components
are protected.

Sequencers for compressors
TwinStart allows control of two compressors, switching their operation depending on the air demand.
EasyX4 is capable of controlling and operating up to four 4 compressors, and is a weekly programmable sequencer
with three levels of programming: Manual, where compressors are fixed to a given operational pressure range;
Automatic, with pressure range swapping after a programmable time interval and Group programming, where
compressors can be switched within groups.
