Secure all harnesses to the vehicle using the supplied cable ties. Then refit all
removed parts including interior trim. Secure all fasteners to Workshop Manual
torque specifications.

ALIGN WITH
LOWER
REAR MOST EDGE
OF BUMPER
1. VERIFY IMAGE SCALE USING
SCALE CHECK
2. CUT SHADED PART OUT
OF THE TEMPLATE
3. LOCATE CENTRE LINE OF THE
BUMPER , PLACE TEMPLATE ON
BUMBER AS SHOWN IN STEP 32
4. USING A JIG SAW OR SIMILAR CUTTING
TOOL, REMOVE THE BUMPER MATERIAL
ACCORDING TO THE TEMPLATE
5. AFTER CUTTING THE BUMPER,
CLEAN THE EDGE WITH RASP
OR SIMILAR TOOL
6. APPLY BUMPER TRIM TO BUMPER
EDGE AS REQUIRED, REFER STEP 32
