Safety Integrated SIRIUS 3TK2810-1 Speed Monitor
SIRIUS 3TK2810-1 Speed Monitor
Speed, standstill and protective door monitoring safely combined
Whether speed and standstill monitoring
in machines and systems or protective
door monitoring:
The new safe SIRIUS 3TK2810-1 speed
monitor from our safety relay range
offers the perfect solution for all requirements.
The SIRIUS 3TK2810-1 facilitates the
simultaneous monitoring of three
parameterizable limit values for standstill, setup speed and automatic speed.
Furthermore, it features a complete
protective door monitoring function with
spring-actuated interlocking. This makes
an additional evaluation device unnecessary, which not only results in minimized
costs despite unchanged quality, but also
supports considerable space savings. The
new safety relay is suitable for all conventional sensors for speed monitoring.

One Device – Three Reliable Functions
The SIRIUS 3TK2810-1 speed monitor
combines three safety functions in a
single device.
It facilitates continuous standstill and
speed monitoring in machines and systems. Easy parameterization and permanent diagnostics via the display support
rapid troubleshooting at all times – often
before faults lead to system downtimes.
In addition to standstill and speed monitoring, the device comprises a monitoring
function for protective doors with springactuated interlocking, which makes an
additional evaluation device unnecessary.
As a further major highlight, the SIRIUS
3TK2810-1 meets all requirements in accordance with SIL 3 and PL e.
Safety functions which can be realized with the 3TK2810-1 speed monitor and additional
circuitry
