The easiest method to place your order is online. Order today online! Online order deadline Friday, April 15 at 11:00 PM (the site will close down at that time): www.shopttkits.com (use Account Number 72002 at the top of the page), then select the appropriate grade level supply box and any other items you would like. You can order for multiple students and grade levels in one order. If sending back a paper order form with a check, those paper order forms are due back to school with payment, no later than Monday, April 11. Avoid the crowds and the hassle in the Fall… It seems too early to be thinking about shopping for school supplies already, but the CCE Parent Teacher Group wants to make it easy and painless! We are teaming up with the SchoolKidz program from Staples again this year to provide grade-‐specific school supply boxes with everything you need, no shopping required. If you order a supply box for your student this Spring, it will be delivered directly to your child’s classroom and you can simply “unpack” the supplies in the classroom on Back to School Night in the Fall (dates TBD). The PTG group will receive a percentage of the proceeds for each box that is purchased, and the funds will be used to benefit various student programs and activities throughout the year. Please contact Brenda Niblo if you have any questions at [email protected] Note, there are some “optional” classroom items requested by the teachers in each grade that are not included in the school supply boxes. Parents can donate these to the classroom by bringing these items to Back to School Night in the Fall. These items will only be listed on the published supply lists on the Clear Creek web site, and will not be displayed on the SchoolKidz supply kit web site when ordering. CLIPPER BAND TO HOST DRIVE 4 UR SCHOOL Mark your calendars for Saturday April 9, 2016. The event will be held in the Clear Creek Amana High School parking lot in Tiffin from 7a-‐3p. Clear Creek Youth Football The Clear Creek Amana Youth Football Program is holding registrations for incoming 5th and 6th grade students for the 2016 -‐ 2017 school year on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 6:00 p. m. -‐ 8:00 p. m. in the Clear Creek Amana Middle School Multi-‐purpose room. All students and parents interested should come to the meeting to find out more about the program. Fundamentals of football will be taught. This is full contact with pads and helmets. All equipment will be furnished except shoes but we do have a cleats sharing program where kids can borrow used cleats. This has been very successful for us over the years. Cost for the program is $150.00, which will include a jamboree, practices (practices start mid-‐August and last until the final game in October -‐ there will be four practices the first couple of weeks and three practices thereafter until the season is completed), six games on Sundays -‐ starting in mid-‐September and running through October. We encourage all students to participate, so if the fee is a problem, scholarships are available. Registrations forms will be available that night and your student will be weighed and measured for uniforms after the informational meeting. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to help coach, please contact CCA Coordinator Trevor Bollers at 573-‐467-‐0130 evenings or e-‐mail -‐[email protected]. For parents who would like to assist with coaching there will have sign up forms at the registration. It is a goal this year to have coaches self identify early so that we are able to train and share with you the heads up information from USA football as well as our hawk tackling training which emphasizes safe tackling techniques that keep the head out of contact. This is not a school sponsored program. Go Clippers!! Trevor Bollers, Roger Banwart, Steve Langridge
