SUSAN PIERCE and Her Art
Coming from a family background of artists and having a penchant for
travel, Susan Pierce is perfectly suited to present creative, world-class ideas.
Sixteen years of decorative-finish experience gives her the skills to bring

than 40 decorative painting classes plus 14 International Painting Conventions.
Expo Design Centers of Huntington Beach and Anaheim selected Susan as
their faux finish wall artist to create stunning walls commercially and
residentially for the past 10 years. Her credentials include instruction in the art
of faux as well as guest speaker for design firms and product knowledge
classes. She has appeared on TV shows, including the “Christopher Lowell
Show.” Susan is a member of Stencil Artisans League and several other art
associations. Habitat for Humanity has been a favorite of her volunteer

painted over the
faux finish.

a glaze was
applied.
This textured finish
can also be

straight painting
or a faux finish.
Verdigris walls
This wall was
painted with a
tarnishing bronze
paint. An
activator was
sprayed on to the
wall to achieve the
look of Verdigris.
Can be used on
stove hoods,walls
railings and more.

picked to
complement
headboard.

metallic paint. A
complementary
stencil was
painted in the
bottom panel.
Hand painted
torn paper
Elegance in wall
covering. This
hand painted
paper can be
ordered in a wide
array of colors
with or without
metallic accents.
It is then torn and
applied to the wall
randomly and
overlapping. The
affect of the
crinkled look of
the paper is a
unique solution to
problem or
damaged walls.

diamonds and
circles.

This is a before
photo of plain
grey patio pavers.
The inspiration for
the staining was
actual slate
pictured at the
bottom of the
photo.
Stained

stained with
several colors to
match the natural
slate.
