Creole sausage cut down the middle and served with chimichurri
marinade (olive oil, vinegar, fresh local parsley, fresh garlic, oregano, red
pepper flakes, salt and white pepper) on a French baguette.
Our sausage is made with all natural 100% pork, local BODEGA
BOGATI white wine seasoned with fresh garlic, and spices. This is an
authentic recipe from the Province of Córdoba’s countryside. We learned
to make this chorizo from our family in the outskirts of Ucacha, a small
town about 60 miles east of Rio Cuarto, in the heart of the Humid Pampas.

Two artisanal cornstarch and flour layered cookies
with imported Dulce de Leche filling, and rolled in
grated coconut.
PIONONOS w/DULCE DE LECHE
Sweet spongecake roll filled with imported Dulce
de Leche, and cut into slices. A fancy cakeroll
that melts in your mouth.
PASTA FROLA TART
Traditional Italo/Greco Argentine pie with
latticework consisting of a pastry base covered
with a topping made of sweetened quince, and
adorned with thin strips of the same pastry,
forming a squared pattern. This delicious filled
sweet is a real traditional afternoon tea tart.

We are a small, family owned company with a passion for traditional gourmet foods.
Our products are made to order and in small batches every week. We use recipes that have been
handed down by our grandparents and that will be enjoyed by our grandchildren.

The meats used in our sausages come from
animals that were born and raised humanely
in the U.S.A., are free of anti-biotics or growth
hormones, and were not fed any animalby-products. We use free-range grass-fed
beef and %100 vegetable diet fed pork.

Our handcrafted sausages are made with local
Virginia BODEGA BOGATI wine, fresh herbs, and
are stuffed into natural hog casings from fine
cuts of beef chuck and pork shoulder. We believe
in using local ingredients whenever possible
and never sacrificing quality over quantity.
