“With Heart to God, Hand to Man” the Salvation Army raises the hope level and changes
lives in our community. That too is the goal of all fundraising and service efforts of the
Women’s Auxiliary. Monies raised at the annual Soup & Sandwich Luncheon, Bake Sale,
and Silent Auction are used by the Auxiliary to send kids to summer camp and other youth
programs, for food pantry supplies, for the Mission 66 Diner (where some 60-75 elderly and
disabled are fed noonday meals Mon. - Fri.), for Angel Tree gifts, and many types of client
assistance. Hope is being served up on October 13th and all throughout the year — come
out and support The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary!
