they can obtain an individual policy for their property.
Steps to obtain a policy here at Rancho Santana:
â Fill out the necessary forms from First American
âWe can help you hire a First American pre-approved attorney to provide you and First American with a title
opinion. First American will provide you with a Commitment Letter based on this document. The fee for the
Title Opinion is $250–$500.
â The cost for a policy is $1,500 for up to $300,000 of coverage.
