Christmas

Christmas Clementine
Spiced Mulled Wine
Ingredients:
1 bottle of sweet red wine or apple cider
3 heaping tablespoons of Tealightful’s
NEW Christmas Clementine Spice.
1 extra large tea filter
1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
2 oranges
3 star anise
6 cinnamon sticks
Directions: Place tea in extra large
paper filter. Place filter in non aluminum sauce pan or crockpot. Add
wine, star anise and the juice and zest of
two oranges. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add brown sugar or honey and stir until
dissolved. Simmer an additional 10
minutes.

Remove tea filter and serve warm with
sliced oranges and cinnamon sticks!
Makes 5 – 5oz. Servings.
Apple Of
My Eye
Caramel Apple Pie Tea Latte
Ingredients:
1 6oz. cup of prepared Apple Of
My Eye Tealightful tea.
¼ cup warmed whole milk
(whisk or shake in jar to froth).
2-3 tablespoons Tealightful
Caramel Apple Dessert Crème
Directions:
Prepare tea. Stir in 2-3
tablespoons of our new Caramel
Apple Dessert Crème Mix. Stir in
warm frothed milk.
Makes one serving

Masala Chai
Matcha Latte
Masala Chai Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
¾ tsp. Tealightful’s Masala Chai
Matcha
¼ cup hot water
¾ cup frothed, warm whole milk,
almond milk, or soy milk.
1 – 2 teaspoons amber crystal sugar
and/or honey.
Directions:
Place tea in cup or mug. Add hot
water and whisk until smooth.
Add honey and stir until dissolved.
Top with warmed milk.

Pumpkin Pie Tea Latte
Ingredients:
1 6oz. cup prepared Tealightful Spiced
Kissed Pumpkin Tea.
¼ cup warmed whole milk (whisk or
shake in jar to froth).
2-3 tablespoons Tealightful Pumpkin
Pie Dessert Crème
Directions:
Prepare tea. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons
of our new Pumpkin Pie Dessert
Crème Mix. Stir in warm frothed
milk.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and
whipped cream if desired.
Makes one serving.

Thrifty Skinny Chai Latte
Ingredients:
1 heaping teaspoon Tealightful Spice
Is Nice Chai (Organic and Fair Trade!)
1 paper tea filter or brewing basket
1/2 cup water (boiling)
1/2 cup Land O Lakes Fat Free Half &
Half (warmed in microwave)
1 pkt Truvia or any natural 0 calorie
sweetener
1 tablespoon fat free whipped cream
topping
Put tea into filter. Place filter into cup.
Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over tea.
Steep 4-5 minutes. Dunk filter and
then remove. Add Truvia, warmed
half and half and stir. Top with fat
free whipped cream topping.
Optional Garnish: Top with
cinnamon or cocoa powder.

Pumpkin Pie Dessert
Crème Mix
Serving Suggestions:
Our NEW Creamy Pumpkin Pie Dip
can be served as a dip or a fancy
cheeseball.
Dip Recipe: Blend one package of
dessert crème mix with 4oz. Cream
cheese and 4oz. of sour cream.
Cheeseball Recipe: Combine one
package of Tealightful’s Pumpkin Pie
Dessert Crème Mix with 8oz. of soft
cream cheese and two tablespoons of
soft butter.

Form mixture into the shape of a
pumpkin. Roll in graham cracker
crumbs and cinnamon. Use a twisted
pretzel stick for the stem. Serve with
graham crackers, apples or thin
almond biscotti.
Matcha Lemon Mousse
Ingredients:
2 tsp Tealightful Emerald Green Matcha
1 Tealightful Lovin Lemon Dessert Crème
4 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
4 oz. whole milk ricotta
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Zest of one lemon
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and
ricotta in a mixing bowl. Blend in Lovin
Lemon Crème and whipping cream. Sift
in Matcha, add lemon peel and beat on
low until combined.
Chill for 2 – 4 hours.

Peanut Butter Dream
Chocolate Cups
Caramel Apple
Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Peanut Butter Dream
Dessert Crème.
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. whipped cream
12 chocolate cups
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup melted peanut butter.
Directions:
Blend 1 package of Peanut Butter
Dream Dessert Mix with cream
cheese and whipped cream.
Pipe into chocolate cups. Drizzle
with melted peanut butter and mini
chocolate chips.
Recipe Variations:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana
Add a sliced banana to the chocolate
cups before filling with dessert crème.
Peanut Butter and Jelly

Add a 1 tsp of seedless preserves to
the chocolate cup before filling with
dessert crème. Makes 12 servings.
No Bake Pumpkin Pie
Mousse Shooters
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Pumpkin Pie Dessert Crème.
4 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
4 oz. whole milk ricotta
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons pumpkin
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and
ricotta in a mixing bowl. Blend in
Pumpkin Pie Dessert Crème mix,
whipping cream, and pumpkin.
Chill for 2 – 4 hours. Top with whipped
cream and serve.

Apple Pie Shooters
Ingredients:
3 prepared Tealightful Pralines & Cream
Scones or Cinnamon Chip Scones crumbled
1 package prepared Tealightful Caramel
Apple Dip
1 - 2 large finely chopped apples
1 tablespoon sugar or honey
Directions:
Crumble prepared scones, prepare dessert
crème, mix apples with sugar or honey. In
12 dessert shooter glasses, layer crumbled
scones, chopped apples, caramel apple dip
and repeat.
Recipe Variation:
This recipe can be made with any
Tealightful scone, dip and fresh fruit!
Lemon Blueberry Shooters - Tealightful
Lemon Poppy Seed Scones & Lovin Lemon
Crème. Layer with fresh blueberries or
blueberry pie filling.

Strawberries & Cream Shooters - Tealightful
Strawberries & Cream Scones & Creamy
Strawberry Dessert Crème. Layer with fresh
Strawberries. Makes 12 – 2oz. Servings.

Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Pralines & Cream Scone Mix
Note: Reserve 1 tablespoon mix.
2 sticks softened butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 thinly sliced Granny Smith Apples
1 package Tealightful Caramel Apple Dessert
Crème
2 8oz. packages of cream cheese
1 egg plus one egg white
1 tablespoon oats
½ cup chopped pecans
½ cup prepared caramel dip (warmed)
2 tablespoons of cold butter
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter and brown sugar. Gradually
add Pralines & Cream Scone mix and beat
until dough forms into a ball. Press into 13
x 9 pan. Bake 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1
package of Caramel Apple Dessert Crème.
Add eggs, 1 at a time. Pour over warm
crust. Top with sliced apples. Mix reserved
scone mix with oats and pecans. Sprinkle
on top of apple layer. Dot with butter.
Bake for 25 -30 minutes. Cool for 20
minutes and serve with a dollop of caramel.
Makes 12- 15 servings.
Cranberry Toasted Almond
Biscotti
Ingredients:
Caramel Apple
Cheesecake Bars
1 Tealightful Cranberry Orange Scone
Mix
4 large egg whites
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons of soft butter
2 tsp pure almond extract
1 tablespoon fresh orange rind
½ cup finely chopped roasted salted
almonds.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350
degrees
Use a stand mixer to beat sugar and
butter until fluffy. Gradually add egg
whites. Blend in extract and orange
peel. Blend in scone mix and toasted
almonds. Beat until dough forms
into a ball.
Press dough into long ½ thick
rectangle log. Bake 15-17 minutes.
Let cool completely. Cut log into
biscotti cookies. Place cookies on
baking sheet. Put back in oven at
325 for 10 minutes. Makes one
dozen large cookies.

Recipe Variation: This recipe can be
made with any Tealightful scone mix!
Pumpkin Chai Cookie Bark
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Pumpkin Chai Scone Mix
2 sticks softened butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
Assorted chips, nuts and candy.
Parchment paper and large baking sheet
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cream butter and brown sugar.
Gradually add Pumpkin Chai Scone mix
and beat until dough forms into a ball.
Place parchment paper on large cookie
sheet. Roll out dough on parchment
until you have a ¼ inch thin layer.
Top with assorted chips, nuts and candy.
Bake 375 for 12-15 minutes or until
brown.

Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut or break
into pieces and serve. Makes 12-15
servings.

Perfect Shortbread
Cookie Mix
Caramel Apple
Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Perfect Shortbread Mix
2 sticks of softened butter.
Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Use a stand mixer to beat butter. Gradually
add cookie mix. Beat until dough forms
into a ball. Press into 13x9 inch pan or roll
out and cut with cookie cutters.
Bake 15-17 minutes. Let cool completely
before cutting and/or serving. Makes
about two dozen cookies.
Shortbread Recipe variations:
Earl Grey with Orange Zest
Blend in:
2 tablespoons of orange zest
1 teaspoon of orange extract
2 tablespoons of finely ground Tealightful
Earl Grey Tea
Spice Is Nice Chai with Candied Ginger
Blend In:
2 tablespoons finely ground orange zest
1 teaspoon cinnamon

White Chocolate
Pistachio Shortbread
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Perfect Shortbread Mix
2 sticks butter (softened)
1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped roasted and salted
pistachios
Place two sticks of very soft butter in
mixer. Cream thoroughly and
gradually add in one Perfect
Shortbread mix. Mix in chocolate
chips, and ½ cup of pistachios. Do
not over mix. Using wax paper, form
dough into a square (about 1 inch
tall). Chill in refrigerator for 20
minutes. Once chilled, cut dough into
slices.
Tip: Use very sharp knife. Bake 15
minutes in 325 degree oven. Cool
completely on wire rack before
serving. Makes about one dozen
cookies.

Optional Decoration:
Melt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips in
small glass bowl. Dip 1/2 of cookie
into chocolate and set on wax paper.
Sprinkle dipped cookies with
remaining pistachios or red sugar. Let
stand until chocolate is dry.
Peppermint Crunch
Shortbread Bites

Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Perfect Shortbread Mix
2 sticks softened butter
1 teaspoon of peppermint extract
5 oz. Andes Peppermint Crunch
Baking Chips
3 tablespoons decorating jimmies
(red, green and white).
Directions: Preheat oven to 325
degrees
Use a stand mixer to beat butter and
extract. Gradually add Tealightful
Perfect Shortbread Mix and beat until
dough forms into a ball. Roll into ½
inch thick rectangle.
Sprinkle dough with peppermint
crunch bits and fold dough in half.
Pat or roll out more to create a 1 inch
thick square log. Chill for 20
minutes.
Once chilled, cut into strips and then
squares. Bake 15-17 minutes or until
edges are slightly browned. Cool
completely before serving. Makes
about two dozen cookies.

Raspberry Coconut
Thumbprint Cookies
Caramel Apple
Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Perfect Shortbread Cookie Mix
1 Tealightful Raspberry Dessert Crème
2 sticks softened butter
1 large egg
Raspberry Jam
¼ cup toasted coconut
¼ cup melted white chocolate
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a stand mixer to beat butter and egg.
Mix Tealightful Perfect Shortbread and
Raspberry Dessert Crème. Gradually add
dry ingredients to butter and egg. Beat
until dough forms into a ball.
Scoop onto parchment paper with small
size cookie scoop. Before baking, press
with thumb to make a well. Bake 15-17
minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
Cool completely. Pipe raspberry jam into
cookie well and sprinkle with coconut and
melted chocolate. Makes about 3 dozen
cookies.
Recipe Variation
Lovin Lemon Thumbprint Cookies

In place of Raspberry Dessert Crème use
Lovin Lemon Dessert Crème. Instead of
Raspberry Jam, fill cookies with Lemon
Curd.
Perfect Christmas Cookies
Caramel Apple

Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Perfect Shortbread Mix
2 sticks softened butter
¼ tsp baking soda
1 large egg
Icing, decorating jimmies and colored
sugar.
Directions: Preheat oven to 325
degrees.
Use a stand mixer to beat butter add
egg. Mix Tealightful Perfect
Shortbread Mix with baking soda.
Gradually add dry ingredients to
butter and egg. Beat until dough
forms into a ball. Chill for 2 hours.
Once chilled, roll out between two
layers of parchment paper. Cut into
shapes. Bake 15-17 minutes or until
edges are slightly browned. Cool
completely before decorating.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.

Perfect Gingerbread
Cookies
Ingredients:
Caramel Apple
Cheesecake Bars
1 Tealightful Perfect Shortbread Mix
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
1 stick of softened butter
1 large egg
¼ cup dark molasses
Icing, decorating sugar, etc.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350
degrees.
Use a stand mixer to beat butter. Add
egg and molasses. Mix Tealightful
Perfect Shortbread Mix with dry
ingredients. Gradually add dry
ingredients to butter and egg. Beat until
dough forms into a ball.
Separate dough into three portions.
Chill for 2 hours.

Once chilled, roll out between two
layers of parchment paper. Cut into
shapes. Bake 11 minutes or until edges
are slightly browned. Cool completely
before decorating. Makes about two
dozen cookies.
Fudge Nut Brownie Cookie

Ingredients:
1 Tealightful Very Chocolate Brownie
Cookie Mix
3 medium egg whites
½ cup finely chopped mixed nuts
Directions: Preheat oven to 325
degrees
Use a stand mixer to beat egg whites
until fluffy. Gradually add Tealightful
Flourless Very Chocolate Brownie
Cookie and nuts. Beat until dough
forms into a ball. Scoop with a small
cookie scoop onto parchment paper.
Bake 15-17 minutes. Let cool
completely before removing from
parchment paper. Makes about 2
dozen cookies.
Recipe Idea:
Freeze vanilla ice cream between two
cookies and roll in mixed chopped
nuts.
Recipe Variation:
Cherry Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Omit mixed nuts. Add ½ cup chopped
almonds, 1 tsp almond extract and ¼
cup dried tart cherries.
