will be immersed in the world of

winemaking
experiences,

gourmet delights prepared by
“celebrity chef” Michel Cornu to
celebrate the fruits of our labor.
Your Boisset Getaway takes place
during the most exciting time in
wine country when the grapes are
on the vine and harvest has begun.
This is the best time to celebrate
and enjoy a VIP experience at our
iconic properties including Raymond Vineyards in St. Helena,
DeLoach Vineyards in the Russian
River Valley, Buena Vista Winery in
Sonoma, and our latest luxury destination, the JCB Tasting Salon and
Atelier by JCB in Yountville.

Napa Valley Bliss
Experience a day of Napa Valley magic where you will begin at the iconic Raymond Vineyards. Your
day starts with a private VIP tour of the winery and an exclusive ten-year vertical tasting of our
award-winning Cabernets. While in St. Helena, you will be enjoy a sneak peek of Jean-Charles’ latest
wine country vision, “Secret Indulgence’, and enjoy a gourmet lunch catered by Atelier by JCB. After
lunch you will head south to the beautiful town of Yountville to see the newest JCB Tasting Salon for
an exclusive taste into this collection of very special wines. Later that evening you will return to Raymond Vineyards for a spectacular dining experience with Jean-Charles Boisset in the Crystal Cellar
prepared by our executive chef Michel Cornu, formerly with Auberge Du Soleil restaurant and Far
Niente Winery.

Sonoma Wine Secrets
Journey over the Mayacamas mountain range to explore a special part of Sonoma’s wine country and
experience the excitement of harvest at DeLoach Vineyards. Begin the day in our Estate vineyards
sampling “fruit on the vine” and learning hands-on the winemaking process from grape to glass.
Enjoy a relaxing farm-to-table lunch in our sycamore grove featuring fresh fair from our own Estate
gardens. After lunch you will be treated to Pinot Mania – a special tasting of single vineyard Pinot
Noirs showcasing the best appellations of Sonoma County. Your next adventure puts you in the driver’s seat as the winemaker of your own personal cuvee using the same techniques our winemaking
team uses. Taste and blend to create your own bottle of wine that is yours to take home and enjoy.
Your day concludes with a gourmet dinner at the DeLoach private Guest House with a exciting blind
tasting that will test your newly acquired knowledge of wine.

Your Boisset Luxury Getaway culminates by traveling back in-time to Buena Vista Winery and
begins with a special historic tour and tasting with The Count of Buena Vista, Agoston Haraszthy
featuring rare and unique varietals such as French Colombard and Pinot Meunier. Next you will
enjoy an elegant Franco-American lunch in the oldest wine caves in California hosted by
Jean-Charles Boisset, featuring special wines from our Burgundian and California collections. The
weekend together concludes with a celebration in the exclusive Bubble Lounge at Buena Vista in
true Jean-Charles style!
