No matter which method of flexible packaging you go for - FFS or FS Laudenberg is an expert at both.
Form-fill-seal machines (FFS)
FFS stands for forming, filling and sealing. The
packaging machine forms pouches in line from
a roll, fills and seals them.
This technology is the ideal choice for large
batch sizes. Its main advantages are low stock
and logistics cost, since foil rolls need less
space than cartons with premade pouches. Not
only on the shelf, but also on a truck. Another
benefit of this machine concept is the low
personnel cost. One person is enough to attend
several machines and change the foil rolls.
Machine type FBM050
Laudenberg offers to its customers a maximum
of machine varieties and optimum flexibility.
Therefore the machines are based on modular
design, i.e. optional modules can be flexibly
integrated – even into an existing machine.
Laudenberg machines can be combined with
own manufactued dosing equipment but also
with any other available dosing solution, such
as auger filler, multi scales, volumetric dosing,
for liquid and firm products.

Fill-seal machines (FS)
With the FS technology, pre-made pouches are fed into the machine, then filled and finally
sealed.This technology is the right solution for production of small batches and frequent
product and format changes. Laudenberg FS machines can process a broad variety of
pouch types. The key benefits of this machine concept are:
