A convicted child molester who claimed that he was married under Jewish law
to a boy — then 15 years old — he raped pleaded guilty Friday to a federal sex
crime that will put him behind bars for at least a decade.
Andrew Goodman, 30, was previously convicted in Brooklyn Supreme Court of
molesting the victim and his younger brother when they were 12 and 13.
But the state judge sentenced him to only two years in prison over the strong
objection of then Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes.
After serving the slap­on­the­wrist sentence, Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Loretta
Lynch indicted Goodman on federal charges of taking the then 15­year­old
across state lines to Atlantic City, where he sodomized him and took him to
dinner and a Kid Rock concert.
Goodman, who was acting as his own lawyer, admitted that he kept up a long­
distance phone relationship with the victim in 2009. When the victim returned
from school in Colorado to Brooklyn, Goodman admitted that he had sex with
the teen.
"We kept on our romantic and sexual relationship," the pony­tailed pervert told
Judge Margo Brodie.

Andrew Goodman pleaded guilty to a federal sex charge after being indicted on the rape of a 15­year­
old boy.
The victim is spared being cross­examined at trial by the sicko who was acting
as his own lawyer. The judge had rejected Goodman's outrageous same­sex
argument.
Goodman faces a mandatory minimum jail term of 10 years and up to life in
prison when he is sentenced on April 24.
The victim, who had attended every court hearing over the past two years, was
not present in the courtroom for the guilty plea. The judge also granted
