Caffè Corretto - The Ritual
INGREDIENTS
1 OZ FRESH BREWED LAVAZZA ESPRESSO
1 OZ MOLINARI SAMBUCA EXTRA
PREPARATION
Brew a fresh espresso coffee. Instead of sugar, add 1
tsp. of Molinari Sambuca Extra to sweeten the espresso
(this is a caffè “Corretto”). After finishing the Caffè
Corretto, pour a little Molinari in the cup to rinse it (this is
the “Resentin”). Enjoy the leftover Molinari in the glass.
Italian Mojito
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Muddle the mint, lime, and cane sugar in a
mixing glass. Fill glass with ice. Pour Molinari
Sambuca Extra over the ice and top with sparkling
water. Stir. Garnish with mint and lime.
2 OZ. MOLINARI SAMBUCA EXTRA
1 OZ. LIME JUICE
2–3 TSP CANE SUGAR
3 OZ. SPARKLING WATER
MINT LEAVES
Molinari Sangue
INGREDIENTS
1 OZ. MOLINARI SAMBUCA EXTRA
1 OZ. VAN GOGH ACAI-BLUEBERRY VODKA
1/2 OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE
1/4 OZ. HONEY SYRUP
(EQUAL PARTS HONEY AND WATER)
PROSECCO
PREPARATION
Shake ingredients (except for prosecco) very well
with ice and strain into a martini glass. Top with
the prosecco. Garnish with an orange peel.
Molinari Collins
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Muddle the cucumber in a mixing glass, add Molinari
Extra and the lemon juice. Shake well with ice and strain
into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.

1 OZ. LEMON JUICE
3 OZ. SPARKLING WATER
2 OZ. FRESH CUCUMBER
Molinari Kiss
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
1 OZ. MOLINARI SAMBUCA EXTRA
1 OZ. IRISH CREAM
1 OZ. COFFEE LIQUEUR
Molinari Caffe Continental

PREPARATION
Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a cocktail glass.
