GENERAL RULES STATEMENT
Vehicles participating in drag racing events must be presentable at all times. Vehicles that are improperly
prepared may be rejected by a Tech Official. Any rider/driver or crew member or person in association with a
rider/driver or crew member who is considered to be under the influence of any drug, alcohol, or any judgment
impairing substance will be expelled from the race and escorted off of the premise together with the entire
crew and vehicle associated with the offender. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are prohibited from being
consumed by racers and crew members prior to the completion of their racing for the day. Speed limit in the
pit area, return road, and other areas is 20 MPH or less if conditions dictate and no burnouts are allowed
anywhere except in the burnout box. Violators who are endangering others with reckless and inconsiderate
driving habits (whether it be in/on a race vehicle or pit vehicle) will be expelled from the race facility with the
entire crew and race vehicle. Upon entering the race, racers agree to abide by the aforesaid rules and that all
interpretation of rules, questions and protests are left up to the final discretion of the race officials and may be
changed if the situation warrants such action. In any event the Race Master has the final word. Bandimere
Speedway is an NHRA Member Track. We recommend you purchase a 2016 NHRA Rule Book which
contains complete rules.

The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events
and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all
events and, by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. NO
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATION OF/OR
COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS. They are intended as a guide for the conduct
of the sport of Drag Racing and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator or
official.
The Race Master shall be empowered to permit minor deviation from any of the specifications herein or

RACE PROCEDURES
Racer Gate
Purchase your tech card here. Pre-sale at points series events only. The pre-sale of tech cards
begins 30 minutes prior to gate open time & ends at gate open time. Once you have purchased
a tech card, no refunds or exchanges. All vehicles need to be race-ready upon entering
facility. Substitute vehicles and switching of classes permitted, upon passing inspection.
Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement Form / Minor Waivers
Must be signed at the Racer Gate by all drivers, participants and crew. You will receive a wristband and ONLY those with color-correct wristbands will be allowed to enter the restricted area.
A different colored wristband will be issued to drivers and only those with that band will be allowed
to drive. Minors must have a completed Minor Release on file and ID created for restricted area
access. Tampering with or transfer of wristbands = disqualification.
Track Public Address System / FM Station
Bandimere Speedway broadcasts the Public Address (PA) System simultaneously over the radio
on FM 95.1. If you are in an area where the PA System is difficult to hear, we strongly recommend
you keep your radio on this station to hear important announcements and your call to the lanes.
Pit Area
Go to the pit area, park and prepare your vehicle to race. Please help the track and fellow racers
by allowing as many racers as possible to park in the pit area. Please read all racer information
given at the racer gate before proceeding to tech inspection. Saving pit spaces is not allowed.
Spaces may be saved by the track for special programs. Do not park/pit in a handicap area,
unless proper placards are displayed.
Tech Inspection
After filling out your tech card, proceed with your vehicle to Tech Inspection, located on the west
side of the staging lanes. Please, DO NOT come to tech until your tech card is filled out
completely. If tech card is not filled out, you will be asked to return to the pit area to fill it out. A
tech inspector will check your vehicle, give you a wristband or punch card and put your number
on your vehicle. (Write-On and number plates for your dial-in are for sale at Tech, Competitive
Threads, Fuel Store). Helmet & fire jacket rentals, and CO2 & Nitrous fills are available at Tech.
Ticket / Time Trial Punch Card
Your time trial punch card or tabbed wristband is your ticket. DO NOT LOSE your punch card /
wristband, as this is your rain check in case of rain-out. Keep your wristband/time trial punch
card accessible as you will need to present it to the staging lane officials before each run.
Substitute Car / Driver
Each car and driver are inspected as a team and neither can be substituted without going through
tech re-inspection. If either the car or the driver is substituted and not re-inspected, both
will be expelled from competition. Substitutions cannot be made once eliminations have started,
nor with vehicles already entered in the event in the same class.
Warm-Ups
It is mandatory that a driver be seated in the car in the normal driving position any time the engine
is running, unless coupler or driveline is removed from the vehicle. The practice of transbrake
testing, converter stalls, line loc testing, and/or transmission warming is prohibited in all classes,
in all areas of the event except in starting line approach areas beyond staging, or unless vehicle is
on jack stands. Non-compliance = disqualification.
Staging Lanes
Listen to the PA System for your call to the lanes. Come to the lanes only when your class and
assigned lane is called. When your lane or class is next, be ready to race - helmet on
(helmets are available for rent at the Coors Light Tech Building), seat belt fastened properly
and all windows up. Once you enter the staging lanes, do not switch lanes, and stay with your
vehicle. During eliminations, dial-in must be on the vehicle and cannot be changed once you
have passed the first pillar under the tower.
Stop Sign
Wait here until instructed by a Speedway official to proceed to the Water Box. The clock operator
will read your number and dial-in from the control room at this time. Number and dial-in must be
on the passenger window and right side of front and rear windows.
Water Box
Cars will be guided in this area by a Speedway official. Start burnout only when starting line /
water box staff instructs you to do so.

Burnouts
Burnouts are allowed in burnout area only. Forward motion only. Only cars without front brakes
are permitted to cross the starting line after burnout. Vehicles doing motion burnouts are not
allowed to be under power while crossing the starting line. Vehicles must be at a minimal speed
backing up (especially those drivers who do not have the benefit of a crew member to assist them).
Dial-In
Do not stage your vehicle until you check the dial-in boxes and scoreboard for your correct
dial-in and CrossTalk. By staging, you indicate your dial-in is correct and backing out after both
vehicles are staged is not allowed. In any category where dial-ins are displayed on the scoreboard
or dial-in board, during eliminations, the racer accepts the dial-in displayed once he/she has
pre-staged; no reruns will be granted due to incorrect dial-ins after staging. Dial-in boxes are
located between the burnout box and starting line. CrossTalk OFF (N) is indicated by a minus
sign “-” on the scoreboard in front of the dial-in. Dial-in must be located on passenger side
window, right side of rear window, and right side of windshield. Dial-in can be changed each round.
Pre-Stage
Move forward until the top small yellow light (pre-stage) on the "Starting Tree" is lit. During
eliminations check dial-in on dial-in box and scoreboard before staging.
Staging
Inch your vehicle forward until the second small yellow light (stage) on the Starting Tree is lit
and prepare for the three amber-colored LED bulbs to count down to the green light. (Leave
on the second or third amber bulb depending on the reaction of you and your vehicle). A Pro
Start is when all three amber bulbs come on at one time and then go to the green light. On a
Full Tree, the countdown between lights is .500-tenths of a second while on a Pro Tree, the
countdown is .400-tenths or .500-tenths of a second. Courtesy Staging (allowing your competitor
to pre-stage, prior to your staging) is in effect in all Pro Tree classes.
Race Time
If your vehicle has problems during your run, pull to the outside of your lane and stop.
If you "red light," which is an automatic loss, DO NOT slow down and take your frustrations
out on the next racers waiting to race. Violation can result in loss of racing privileges. Use of
live data gathering displayed to the driver is illegal, per NHRA rules 9.1.
Finish Line
Drive past the finish line, LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE IN GEAR and brake to a stop. Turn left at the
end of the track. Get off the track quickly. Be alert when exiting the racing surface in the event
your competitor would experience a problem and need to proceed straight into the sand trap.
Do not cut off your opponent when exiting the track. When exiting the track the left lane driver
has the right of way. Do not unbuckle or remove safety gear until you reach the E.T. Booth.
First Turn-Off / Break Road
Use this only if you have a problem and know you won't make it to the end.
End of Track
If you are experiencing stopping problems, GO STRAIGHT INTO THE SAND TRAP. Never
attempt to turn left while traveling at high speed. Making a high-speed turn is not recommended.
Time Slip
Pick up your Time Slip at the first building you approach (E.T. Booth). This tells you your reaction
time (.000 is perfect on Pro or Full, .400 or .500 Tree), 60', 330', 660', 1000', 1320' elapsed times
and 660' / 1320' MPH. Your time slip also gives you the same information about your competitor
as well as which racer was the winner during eliminations. (MOV = "Margin Of Victory").
Scales
The second building is the scales. Slowly pull forward on to the scale until the Speedway official
prompts you to stop. The weight will be displayed on the digital board. Certain classes may
require you to take your vehicle across the scale. TRUCKS OR SUVS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Return Road
Follow posted road signs, 20 MPH or less. NO burnouts. Violators will be penalized which
could mean disqualification. The Race Master will determine the appropriate disciplinary
measure necessary for blatant repeat offenders. Never stop on the return road.
Use extreme caution at all times!
Pit Area
Go back to the pit area and wait for the announcer to call your class and lane number before
heading back to the staging lanes for your next run down the race track. In laddered rounds,
winners are expected back in the lanes immediately for pairing without a PA call.

RACE PROCEDURES continued...
Eliminations
Go to your assigned lanes when called by the P.A. System. Only winners return when called.
Ladder sheets are posted on the Coors Light Tech Building for qualified/laddered classes. All
eliminations are run on a "round-robin" basis after third round, which means winning racers must
return immediately to the tech lanes to be laddered or directly to staging for the next round of
competition. The next round of racing will begin 15 minutes after prior round. Competition
will start and, if you are not prepared, you will forfeit the race.
Trophies/Winnings
Trophies will be handed out at the E.T. Booth, unless otherwise designated. All monetary
winnings will be mailed on the Monday, following the event. We will send 1099 forms to those
winning $600 or more per year. Reporting amounts below $600 is the responsibility of the racer.
Closing Time
Gate will be LOCKED one hour after the completion of final round. This gives racers
ample time to receive trophies, load trailers, clean up pit area, etc. There will be no
exceptions and violators will be subject to loss of privileges. Race Master holds all rights
and rulings for enforcement of penalties.
POLICIES & RULES
 NO REFUNDS - All vehicles are assumed to be race-ready upon purchasing a racer entry.
 Your Competition Number needs to be 6 inches high, 1-1/2 inches wide, with class
designation 3 inches high, 1 inch wide. Number needs to be located on passenger side window,
right side of rear window, and windshield. Numbers and letters must be white. Permanent
stick-on numbers are required on race vehicles and recommended on street vehicles. Numbers
can be purchased at the track Fuel Store. Bikes must have a number plate, available for purchase
at the Tech Building. “B” Driver should have “B” circled behind competition number. Number is
paired with the VEHICLE and DRIVER. Changes in either must be brought to the attention of Tech.
 Crew Members must sign a Release & Waiver of Liability and must wear a shirt to enter the
restricted area (begins at back side of tower). Once the vehicle is pre-staged, crew members
must stand BEHIND the white line. All 14 to 17 year-old crew members need a Minor Release
Waiver of Liability Form signed by parents. Children under 14 years of age must remain
INSIDE tow vehicle when in the restricted area. (Riders in the bed of pick-up trucks must be
at least 14 years old, waivered, and be sitting down, inside the confines of the vehicle, with the
tailgate closed.) Being on a pit bike, 4-wheeler, or golf cart is not considered being in a tow
vehicle. No more than three crew member per participant is allowed beyond the burnout
box. All pit vehicles MUST have the racer’s number visible and be registered at the track.
No number/registration = vehicle impound/confiscation.
 Crew Members vehicles are allowed in the pit area of the racer they are assisting only.
If you have a hanging tag for a crew vehicle, it may only be used if that racer is participating in
that event. No hanging tag = No free crew parking. Crew member vehicles are encouraged
to park in spectator parking lots, but may pay a $10 non-refundable parking fee at most events
to enter the pit area if they do not have an appropriate hanging tag for that event. Vehicles
parked in another racer’s pit area or blocking access to racer pit area or Bandimere
Speedway facilities will need to be moved or be towed from the premise at the
owner’s expense.
 Animals - Animals are not allowed through spectator gates or in spectator areas. Racers with
animals must keep them on a leash at all times and in their pit area. Leashes cannot exceed
6 feet. You must clean up after the pets in your pit area/back return road, or the racer may
lose racing privileges. Bring your pet at your own risk. No pets near the starting line.
 Dial-Ins on the dial-in boxes and scoreboards must be checked during eliminations, before
proceeding to the starting line. If you stage on an incorrect dial-in or Cross Talk, you
accept the error, and the race will not be re-run.
 In case of Re-Runs, racers may change lanes and dial-ins. Lanes can only be changed if both
racers agree.
 Lane Choice is determined by the flip of a coin when racers cannot agree in laddered rounds.
If not in laddered rounds, vehicles will be pulled from the furthest back to fill both lanes. In the
Fast/Quick/Fineline/Titan classes, the quicker qualified car receives lane choice that round.
 First Pair of cars to eliminate in each laddered round will be randomly selected.
POLICIES & RULES continued...
 Byes, if necessary, (in non-laddered rounds) will be awarded to racer with best reaction time
during time trials/qualifying, for first round, then from previous round in rounds two and three. A
Racer can only receive one awarded bye in non-laddered rounds until all available racers have
received a bye.
 One Passenger is allowed in 14.00 second or slower vehicles during time trials only and is
required to have a seat belt and must sign release form at the Tech Building. Jr. Street must have
an approved passenger in all runs. Passenger riding in car must be a minimum of 16 years of
age. All passengers 16 or 17 years of age must have a current signed parental release form.
 Tow Vehicles are allowed in Fast 16, Quick 16, Fineline, Super Pro, Super Comp, Stick Shift,
and Jr. Dragster only and must have a competition number and dial-in displayed on right side and
right rear of tow vehicle. Super Pro, Fast 16, Quick 16 and Fineline are the only classes permitted
to use a full-size (car or truck) tow vehicle.
 Motorized Vehicle Policy. Racers can register motorized pit vehicles by paying a fee of $10
per pit vehicle and signing a waiver assuming all liability and responsibility for their pit
vehicles. Vehicles must have a seat height of at least 22 inches and a minimum of a 13 inch
wheel on two-wheeled bikes. A decal containing the racers registered number will be issued and
must be attached to either the steering wheel shaft or handlebars for easy identification. Drivers of
all motorized vehicles must be sixteen (16) years of age and carry a valid drivers license. Any
misuse of a pit vehicle will result in the racer losing their racing privileges for the day. A second
offense will result in the loss of racing privileges for the remainder of the season. A racer refusing
to register their vehicle will be asked to put it away and if found still utilizing it will lose their racing
privileges for the day. All vehicles MUST HAVE WORKING HEADLIGHT & TAILLIGHT AFTER
DARK. Bandimere Speedway reserves the right to confiscate pit transportation of any violators.
NO SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, AND NO KIDS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE ON
BICYCLES. All Pit Vehicles MUST drive on the appropriate side of the road. Dusk and nighttime
bring added concern for safety.
 An NHRA Competition Number and Membership is required to compete in the NHRA/Summit
E.T. Racing Series Finals and at NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series (LODRS) events. At
LODRS events, E.T. racers must have an NHRA number (membership recommended). Forms are
available online. NHRA competition number and membership recommended for all racers.
 Competitors of vehicles running 9.99 or Quicker or over 135 mph are required to have an
NHRA Competition License. Forms are available from Bandimere tech officials or online at
NHRAracer.com. See NHRA physical examination requirements to determine need for physical
examination with approriate e.t., speed, and/or class. Contact a tech official about appropriate
events to complete license runs.
 Racers 16 &17 years of age must have a current 2016 signed Minor Release/ Waiver of
Liability Form signed by both parents or legal guardians (forms available at track and on
bandimere.com) as well as a valid drivers license.
 Points are awarded to Bandimere Speedway Registered Racers only. Points are based upon
the NHRA Sportsman points system. No perfect attendance points in any series. 10 points
awarded to Non-Qualifiers in Fast 16, Quick 16, Fineline, King Street, and Titan 16. It is the
racer’s responsibility to check their points. You have two weeks to report any errors to the office.

 Field Size is determined by total racers competing in round one, or in the first laddered round
for laddered classes. If event is delayed by weather and racers withdraw prior to ladder, field size
will be based on adjusted car count.
 Non-Completed Event Points are awarded back to the last completed round. Losers in that
round get round loser points, round winners get next round loser points. If a final round is not
completed, both racers get runner-up points.
 Broke before First Round - If car breaks before first round, it is the racers responsibility to go
to Tech and sign a "Broke Before First Round" Sheet in order to receive first round loser points.
Points stay with driver or team, not the car. No refund will be given.

POLICIES & RULES continued...
 Dead-On Dial-Ins Run on your dial-in with a zero, and win the round. Awards will be given
out to registered racers in any class. No points awarded.
 Ties, should they exist at the end of the season for 1st place, will be determined by a run-off
with one point going to the winner. Tie-breaking run-offs will be attempted to be run-off on the
same night of the last race. No-shows will forfeit the race. If there is a tie for 2nd through the
final podium position, we will award same place trophies and split any bonus money.
 Rules Regarding Electronics:
Super Pro, Trophy/Jackpot, Fast 16, Quick 16, Fineline:
Designated as "electronics permitted" E.T. handicapped classes. Delay box/device permitted,
attached to transbrake, line lock, clutch, shift timer, or throttle stop. Any other attachment
prohibited. Delay box may only display delay amount dialed in; analog or digital display
permitted. Inspectors must be able to identify all direct wiring clearly. No timed throttle stops
in Fast 16, Quick 16, or Fineline.
Pro E.T., Run Tuff, Street E.T., Street Bike, Sport Compact, High School, King
Street, Club Clash, Stick Shift, Fall Trophy, Senior, Jr Dragster, Titan, Jr Street,
Super Rod:
Designated as "electronics prohibited" E.T. handicapped classes. Permitted are Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) electronics, line lock, tachometer. Transbrake & rpm limiter
(except Run-Tuff, Street, Street S/C, Club Clash, Fall Trophy, High School). Prohibited
are throttle timers, drive wheel line-locs, and any aftermarket electronics (i.e. delay boxes,
counters, timers, etc.). See NHRA.com for a list of accepted transmission brake buttons.
See the 2016 NHRA Rulebook General Rules Regulation Section 8.2. for further details. Any system that does
not fit the description in General Regulations 8.2 is prohibited and must be corrected before the vehicle will be
passed at technical inspection. Further discovery of delay device, adjustable or nonadjustable, or other
prohibited electronic device at any time following technical inspection will be grounds for immediate
disqualification from the event, loss of points for the season, and/or loss of competition privileges at Bandimere
Speedway for six months from the time of infraction. Suspension can be appealed to the Racer Advisory Board.
 Compulink Cross Talk Tree. If your class has a Cross Talk tree, the top bulb on the starting
tree will flash on in both lanes at the same time, then continue down in the slower vehicles
lane. The bulb will remain on for the quicker vehicles, then count down, as normal. If you DO
NOT wish to have the tree Cross Talk to your lane when you are the quicker vehicle, place
an "N" behind your DIAL-IN to deactivate. It is the driver’s responsibility to watch for the
"-" (minus sign) in front of the dial-in on the scoreboard indicating CCT is OFF. No
re-runs, as the final responsibility is that of the racer to check the scoreboard for your
CCT request. CCT applies only to Super Pro, Trophy/Jackpot, Fast 16, Quick 16, and
Fineline - or other classes at specialty events identified as CCT classes.
RACER REGISTRATION
 A Bandimere Speedway Driver's Registration / Competition Number is not required to
compete, but is required to earn points. Benefits include:
 Bandimere competition number can be renewed annually, with the driver earning points towards
Bandimere Speedway season championships and/or the Bandimere Speedway NHRA Div. 5
Summit E.T. Racing Series Team.
 Use of the Express Tech Lane, once you have passed tech inspection for the 2016 season.
 Discount Code to purchase tickets for the Mopar Mile-High NHRA Nationals for 2016.
 Pit Access hang tag for crew vehicle to enter pit area when racing Bandimere Speedway
controlled events.
 Qualify for "Registered Racer Only" events, such as E.T. Shootout and Top Performer.
 May admit the Racers children (15 & under) FREE to most events, when child is with the

 Team Drivers must register as a team at the original time of registration. To add a "B" driver
is the same cost as a primary driver registration for that class. Team drivers must be designated
on the tech card and the vehicle, if they are the “B” driver. “B” Driver can not register or
compete in the same class individually. Team Drivers must specify the vehicle in which they
will compete all season. Maximum of three drivers may register for any single team.

E.T. SERIES
This is the premier E.T. racing series at Bandimere Speedway. The E.T. Series consists of a number of
classes to fit most all bracket-style vehicles. Super Pro, Pro E.T., Run Tuff, Street E.T., Street Bike,
Trophy/Jackpot, Street Sport Compact, High School, and Jr Street make up the classes for all levels of
cars and drivers, from novice to experienced racer.
 Registration for a Bandimere Competition Number is required to earn E.T. Series Points and go
through Express Tech, but not required to compete.
 All classes compete on a handicapped, 0.500 Full Tree, dial-your-own elimination.
FRIDAY E.T. SERIES RACE CLASSES
 Gates open at 3:30 pm, time trial sessions start at 4 p.m.
 Eliminations start approximately 7 p.m. Listen to the P.A. for your lane assignments to be
called! If two time trial sessions are completed, eliminations may start early.
 If eliminations are not concluded, all payout and points will be awarded accordingly.
 Classes and run rotation: Street E.T., Street Sport Compact, Street Bike, High School,
Jr Street, Trophy/Jackpot, and Time Only.
 Time-Only vehicles will have one session during eliminations, after second round for a total of
three time-only sessions.
 Trophies awarded for Winner, Runner-up, and Semi-finalists.
 Monetary payouts are sent via mail. Jackpot only if racer paid-in. No payout in HS or JS.
 Street and Trophy/Jackpot laddered fourth round based on closest to dial-in from the third
round without breakout. Street Bike, Street Sport Compact, and High School are laddered
in round one, based on reaction times during time trials / qualifying.
 Points will be awarded to determine track champions and Summit Racing E.T. Series team.
 All racing will conclude at midnight.

 Fast 16 is open to open-wheel & center steer vehicles only. Quick 16 is open to door-cars only.
 Competes on handicapped 0.500 Full Tree, dial-your-own eliminations, breakout rules apply.
 Left/Right run lane and first pairs out assigned in qualifying, and first pairs out in eliminations.
 Quickest 16 qualifiers in the Fast 16 & Quick 16 laddered first round. Ladder format will
alternate by event. Sportsman, then Pro. List of ladder format and dates kept in Tech Building.
 Fineline class is made up of all non-qualifiers combined from the Fast 16 and Quick 16,
maximum 32 vehicles. All class rules carry over, with payouts based on field size.
 Fineline will be a random pair first round format and laddered beginning second round based on
closest to dial without going under.
 All Fast 16 & Quick 16 Racers will automatically be registered for the Fineline class. All racers
will earn points in the class in which they QUALIFY at that event.
 Quicker qualified vehicle receives lane choice in all rounds.
 Alternates for Fast 16 & Quick 16 will be selected by the following criteria: 1) Those who have
indicated on tech card that would elect to be a bump-in alternate; if fields are still not full
2) quickest e.t. of non-qualified entrants. No exeptions. Alternates will be placed
on the ladder position of the vehicle they are replacing, and receive same round points.
 Broke vehicles will be left on the ladder, if there is not a full field or alternates available.
 All vehicles must be prepared to start at the direction of the designated track official.
 Maximum dial is .10-second beyond the slowest field qualifying time, no quicker than 6.00,
and no slower than 7.99 in the Fast 16, 8.75 in the Quick 16. Fineline racers follow same dial-in
rules in the Fineline class, based on respective vehicle/class. To qualify for any class vehicle
must run a minimum of 7.99 or 8.75 based on respective class on day of event.
 All vehicles must meet all NHRA requirements for the e.t. they are running, PLUS, all must have
braided steel transmission lines w/ AN fittings, and approved lower engine containment device.
 All racers running 7.50 & quicker must have SFI 3.2a/15 firesuit. Required for all racers in
NHRA Top Dragster and Top Sportsman (run at LODRS).
 All Quick 16 entries will have a five-pound fire-extinguisher system, PLUS on cars that utilize
nitrous or supercharged must have a min. 4-inch diameter opening adjacent to the driver window.
 Helmet extractors required for all racers 7.50 & quicker.
 All vehicles must be clean and painted to participate. Race Master is final judge.
 Trophies to winner and runner-up. Monetary payout sent via mail.
 Broke Qualifiers receive appropriate first round loser points. Non-Qualifiers receive 10 points.

RAINOUT POLICY
RACE EVENT: PARTICIPANT
 NO REFUNDS
 If rain or other occurrence cancels racing ANY time before the completion of the first round of
eliminations for your class, racers will receive 50 percent credit of entry fee and there will be no payout.
 If rain or other occurrence halts racing after the first round of eliminations for your class, points will be
awarded to that point in the race. Payout will be divided among the remaining racers and no entry
fee credit will be issued. In trophy-only classes, trophies will be divided if racing ends in a trophy round.
 If rain or other occurrence halts racing during a round of eliminations for a class, applicable payouts
and entry fee credits will be issued as if that class's round had not started.
 At specialty events, if more than 50 percent of the day’s activities are completed, the event will be
considered completed and no credit will be given.
RACE EVENT: SPECTATOR
 NO REFUNDS
 If weather or other occurrence cancels races prior to the completion of first round of eliminations,
purchased tickets may be redeemed at a future event for an amount up to the purchase value. Valid for
one year after date of purchase.
 If weather or other occurrence halts races after the completion of first round of eliminations, the race
will be considered complete.
 At specialty events, if over 50 percent of the day’s activities are completed, the event will be considered
completed and no credit will be given.
TEST EVENT: PARTICIPANT
 NO REFUNDS
 If weather or other occurrence cancels racing after a racer has had three time runs or has been in
the facility for more than two hours, the event would be determined complete for that racer and no
credit will be given. If a racer has not had three runs or has not been in the facility for two hours prior
to a cancellation, a 50 percent credit will be given, valid for up to one year from date of issue toward
the purchase of a ticket.

GOLD CARD PRIVILEGES & RULES
 Bandimere Speedway Gold Cards are valid for one race participant and one spectator.
 Bandimere Speedway Gold Cards are non-transferable.
 Bandimere Speedway Gold Cards won by participants are valid for racing entry fees only
in the class it was won during the previous season. Gold cards are valid for Tuesday and
Wednesday Test Nights.
 Bandimere Speedway Gold Cards are NOT valid for Jackpots, High Dollar Races, Day Tests,
Mopar Mile-High NHRA Nationals, Super Chevy Show, Fun Ford, Mega Mopar, KBPI Car Show,
or any event not produced by Bandimere Speedway. The ruling of the event association is the
final word.
 NHRA Gold Cards are valid for car/driver and one spectator, and can only be used for one class,
excluding Fast 16, Quick 16, Jackpots, High Dollar Races, and Day Tests.
 Bandimere or NHRA Gold Cards are valid for the cardholder and one guest admission to any
Bandimere Speedway produced event when the cardholder is not participating as a racer.
TEST OPPORTUNITIES
CSP "TAKE IT TO THE TRACK" TEST NIGHTS
WEDNESDAY EVENINGS! This popular program runs April through October. This is the best
time for practice, vehicle adjustments, or just to have fun. Participants - $30; Spectators - $12.

 Open to race vehicles with drag slicks, Jr. Dragsters, or vehicles running 11.99 & quicker
with DOT tires.

Entry fee is $70.00 for vehicle and racer. Crew is $40.00 for a 3-day pass, $30.00 for a 2-day
pass or $15.00 for a Sunday only pass. *Pro Bike will be the highest points earning motorcycle
participant in Super Pro. Class / E.T. Breaks:

Sportsman 12.00 to 19.99
High School 12.00 and slower
Pro E.T. 9.00 to 13.99
Pro Bike 7.50 - 14.00
No electronics permitted in Pro E.T., Sportsman & High School. Motorcycles will not race with
cars. No Transmission Brakes or two steps will be allowed in Sportsman or High School.
A “Race of Champions” will be run for Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, High School, and Pro Bike.

NHRA/Summit E.T. Racing Series Division Champions in Super Pro, Pro, Pro Bike, & Sportsman
will have the opportunity to compete for the Summit E.T. Racing Series National Championship
at the NHRA Finals in Pomona, Calif., Nov. 10-13, 2016.
