home. We continually invest in creative products that enhance current retail trends, enrich

Important Information
As a strong family owned business since 1968,
Tripar attends to the well being of both
customers and employees through an
uncompromising commitment to honesty,
fairness, integrity, and excellence.
• Accounts are liable for all costs incurred in collection process including but not limited to court costs,
attorneys fees, and all costs as stated on our credit
agreement
• Terms proposed by purchaser, either in writing or
otherwise, including terms contained on purchaser’s
order documents do not become part of the agreement unless they are expressly accepted in writing
by Tripar
• Discounts are contingent upon receiving payment
within terms and will be reversed if payment is not
received by due date
Prepaid Orders*
• Please include an additional 20% for all orders
shipped within the contiguous 48 states. On prepaid
orders shipped beyond this region, please add 50%
freight. Should actual freight charges exceed 5%
more than the allotted freight, customers will be
responsible for additional freight. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of check for order processing.
Cashiers checks or money orders are recommended
to avoid delays in shipping
International Accounts
• Wire Transfer required for merchandise and freight
prior to shipment
• Open terms not available for international
accounts
Prices & Discounts*
• Prices are wholesale and effective January 1, 2014
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Freight discounts are not valid for orders shipping
outside the Continental US
• Sale items are net prices and are not eligible for
additional order discounts
Claims
Shortage and Defective Claims:
• All shortage and defective claims must be made
within 10 days
• No claims will be accepted after 10 days
• Merchandise credits are valid for 6 months
Carrier Damage Claims
• Damage incurred during transport must be
reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods
• Damage claims will be filed with carrier by Tripar
• All damaged merchandise and packing
material must be retained in the original carton for
carrier inspection
• All damage incurred by shipper must be noted on
the box
Returns*
• Returns will not be accepted for any reason
WITHOUT prior authorization from Tripar
• Return or refusals sent without prior approval will
be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight
Delivery Terms and Shipping Charges:
• All prices are FOB Roselle, Illinois, USA and subject
to change without notice
• Actual freight costs will be added to your invoice at
the time of shipment
• Upon request, we offer Next Day, Second Day, and
Third Day deliveries at your expense. Additional fees
for same day rush shipments may apply

Prepaid Orders*
• Please include an additional 20% for all orders
shipped within the contiguous 48 states. On prepaid
orders shipped beyond this region, please add 50%
freight. Should actual freight charges exceed 5%
more than the allotted freight, customers will be
responsible for additional freight. Please allow 7 business days from receipt of check for order processing.

Claims
Shortage and Defective Claims:
• All shortage and defective claims must be made
within 10 days
• No claims will be accepted after 10 days
• Merchandise credits are valid for 6 months
Carrier Damage Claims
• Damage incurred during transport must be
reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods
• Damage claims will be filed with carrier by Tripar
• All damaged merchandise and packing
material must be retained in the original carton for
carrier inspection
• All damage incurred by shipper must be noted on
the box
Returns*
• Returns will not be accepted for any reason
WITHOUT prior authorization from Tripar
• Return or refusals sent without prior approval will
be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight
Delivery Terms and Shipping Charges:
• All prices are FOB Roselle, Illinois, USA and subject
to change without notice
• Actual freight costs will be added to your invoice at
the time of shipment
• Upon request, we offer Next Day, Second Day, and
Third Day deliveries at your expense. Additional fees
