The 2005 KIZ Student Prize ( Knowledge Innovation Zone ) was presented by Bryan
Davis & Debra Amidon to
Dragana Radovaovic
Dragana is a graduate student of Professor Leif Edvinsson at the University of Lund
(Lund, Sweden).
Under the supervision of Leif Edvinsson she produced the award-winning thesis –
“Intelligence and Lund”
for her work that provides a briefing of contemporary and evolving society with an
analysis of the knowledge society, innovation and creativity environments,
intellectual capital of cities, intelligence for city development and the society of the
future.

Conversations With Debra Amidon & Bryan Davis
Debra M. Amidon and Bryan Elliot Davis have teamed up to launch a new Web
site, In the Knowledge Zones. It is the next step in the development of
Knowledge Cities, communities that believe in a new perspective of development,
which is based on knowledge and innovation. Zones and cities in some 40
countries are now accessible online. There you will find the foundation for global
sustainability including competitive ranking reports, recommended readings and
research plans. A major article on Knowledge Innovation Zones (KIZs) will
