Cuyahoga Job and Family Services provides services such as temporary cash assistance through
Ohio Works First (OWF), Food Assistance Program (FAP), Medicaid/Healthy Start, Emergency
Cash Assistance through its Prevention, Retention and Contingency Program (PRC) and Childcare Assistance program.
We do this by providing access to jobs, benefits, and community services and by strengthening
families. Our goal is to partner with community and faith based organizations, government and
non-profit agencies, private organizations and employers to help some of our community’s
most vulnerable families enhance the overall quality of their lives.
The Office of Child Support Services is dedicated to helping family members live better lives
through the services of establishing paternity (fatherhood) and collecting child support orders.
